The location. The hot tub and pool were in poor condition. Over all good stay.

Some front desk staff friendly and helpful, some not so. Each room has balcony and view of ocean. Handicapped accessibility (we have daughter in wheelchair) good. Free loaner beach wheelchairs available from Lifeguard station next door. Refrigerators in rooms not very cold ( they swapped ours out and 2nd one not any better). This important to us cuz daughter on meds that need refriferated. Several good eateries and stores nearby. Pier also close by. Overall, good value.

The location of the hotel was perfect for getting away but being near the beach. The elevator was exceptionally slow moving. A quiet, friendly hotel with all the amenities needed for a getaway to the beach. The hot breakfast buffet is the perfect way to start the day and the evening snacks is a great way to wind down before the evening festivities begin.

The location was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was not good, quite bad. I would stay there again. Great location, can walk for all needs. Very short drive into Jacksonville.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Also convienient to restaurants and shopping. The beach view from the balcony is heaven. The free breakfast is great along with the 5-7 snack/drink time daily. The pool was nice, but a bit small for the size of the hotel. Can't wait to definitely visit again!

Exceeded our expectations in location, ambiance, and unexpected amenities for the price. Rear deck area not as clean and inviting as it could be. Excellent choice particularly for the cost conscious traveler that wants a place to stay right on the beach.

Park at your own risk. Homeless and large groups surrounding cars in Public Parking area. Belligerent Front Desk Personnel. Very noisy in the bathroom-can hear other guests talking and using the facilities.

The hotel was wonderful. The suite was clean and fresh. Even as good as the hotel and room was, the view was the best. Our suite (and I think all the rooms) looked directly over the beach. Very nice.

The view was great. If I had known that the bedroom was separated with a door my other half and I (with the kids) would have stayed longer. Very friendly staff. Great hotel. Will stay there again.
