Internet was not working. On the first day the Internet at the Hotel did not work.

A nice hotel. A large shopping center and a lot of restaurants are nearby

Modern, clean, quiet with lots of space in suite. Felt deceived by hotel, that room booked was not a suite, so paid extra for all 3 rooms. Felt deceived by hotel that the three rooms booked were extremely small and not suites. Quality suites seems to have a few tiny rooms for people who pay below market prices. Had to pay $25.00 additional for each room to upgrade to suites (2 beds). I had two adult children in group who would not have shared a bed. The suites though were quite nice and above typical 2 star rating.

Very clean room, with nice decor. Would have liked to have a fridge and microwave included in the room, but other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Location was very convenient to the major highways and easy to access.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. This hotel was lovely. The friendly staff, convenient location, and spacious room made for a wonderful stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Bottled water on table is not free, should be put into minibar. It is comfortable and clean. Located by highway, but it is a far from downtown. The bottle water on table is a trap. It costs almost $4. It is hard to tell that it is not free.

Good price. Don't change it.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest & reasonably priced hotels that I have ever stayed in & I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The rooms are huge & very clean. The food in the restaurant & bar area is excellent. There are very few hotels that can match this hotel. I would definitely consider staying in Quality Suites again & would strongly recommend to any one traveling whether it's for business or leisure travel.

Staff is friendly. Our room TV had technical difficulty, but they couldn't find a fix. The room was behind an elevator shaft and was very small in size. The carpet looks old. The bed was extremely comfortable though. The hotel staff was friendly and were willing to discuss our complaint about room TV not working properly but were not very knowledgeable about a possible fix which was disappointing. Anyway, I would rate my experience with this hotel below average of the ones that I've stayed.

Nice, clean suite. Climate controls a little extreme and fan noisy. Good for business travel, close to the airport and business areas.

Clean and quite. Not including free breakfast. Clean and quite, but no free breakfast.

Clean, quiet, well-priced lunch specials in restaurant. Too far from city center to be used as a base for touring Montreal, but close to the airport and easy access to auto route 40. Large shopping center right across the highway.

The suites were great for privacy from baby. The first room was supposed to be non-smoking but it was not we had to get another room. Our experience was very good over all.

Great place friendly people. We liked everything about the hotel. Hey ! its a great place.

This is a suite hotel with a separate bedroom with a door, sitting area and a TV in each. They only have double beds, the bedroom has two. This is an extremely reasonable basic hotel for a stop in Montreal. It is within 1/2 of downtown Montreal by car with easy in an out access. We were visiting the area of the hotel so the location was ideal.

Front desk was helpful. Three fire alarms for thirty minutes each, 78 degree room temperature which could not be cooled. Fire alarms which could not be reset, fire department had to come 45 minutes alarm, then the next morning the alarm went off uncontrollably for about 30 minutes at 4:30 am. There were no apologies, or accommodations for these fiasco, plus the room temperature was 78 regardless of what the thermostat was set at. Very disappointed!

Good location, clean, friendly efficient staff. Restaurant served rancid cheese and got order wrong. We were most satisfied with the suite as far as cleanliness was concerned. Appreciated the amenities (refrigerator, coffee, etc.). Hotel was quiet. Everything worked properly. Staff were excellent - including maid who made up the room. A very pleasant experience.

Liked having a suite so that other family members coming from a distance could visit with us. The location was extremely inconvenient - it was on an unmarked service road & there was construction. This hotel was nicely appointed. The lobby was bright, attractively and tastefully decorated. There was a restaurant on the ground floor where you could eat without going into town, a great convenience in a strange city. Our room was a king bed/suite. The bed was comfortable, and there were five down filled pillows - very appreciated - great for reading or watching TV. We especially liked the French doors separating the bedroom from the living/dining area so that someone could sleep without being disturbed by those in the living area. The biggest complaint we had was the location. The hotel was on an unmarked service road, but the address given was a main route, so it was very hard to find. Then it was also extremely hard to get from that road to the main roads or just to the local stores that you could see but not reach. There was also construction next door. The hotel should provide explicit directions for getting in and out of the hotel. We drove around for hours, asked directions, but no one could get us back to that service road.
