I thought this hotel was awesome! The rooms are great, cuz they have a living room attached! AND there's a microwave and fridge in the room that you can use. I had absolutely no complaints. There was a missing remote control for one of the TV's (there are 2 tv's...one in bedroom, one in living room) but as soon as I called front desk they sent someone up immediately with an extra remote. I went to sleep in the bedroom and my partner watched TV in the living room and it didn't disturb me at all. Check in was easy, the airport shuttle was quick, easy and convenient and breakfast was nice. Large selection of items, including hot food, all ready very early in the morning. Service was friendly, place was clean, location was great and it just feels like you're staying in a place that should cost more than it does. Nice lobby too, very welcoming and classy. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to be close to the airport. In fact, I wished I had more time to enjoy the hotel!

Free airport shuttle, nice big rooms, friendly staff. No exercise room. The hotel and room were clean and well-keep. There is an airport shuttle, but it doesn't run all the time. There is a swimming pool (indoor/heated), but no fitness room. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. At first I was a bit worried as the common area hallway carpet was dirty and we had a hard time getting out door to open, but after opening the door to our room, I was very happy. Our room was clean and the beds were covered with luxury linens. The AC was very cold, which is greay since I am pregnant and ALWAYS HOT. The staff was great, offering suggestions for many locals attractions and directions. The breakfast was WONDERFUL (scrambled eggs, sausage, assorted pastries and breads, waffles, yogurt, coffee, milk and cereal). With the exception of one staff member, the entire staff went out of their way to insure our comfort, including finding little bags so that my boys could take some cereal on the road with them when we left. One downside is that the pool looked murky and in need of being shocked, but other then that, I would highly reccommend this hotel.....the room was confortable and the breakfast was the best we have had during our 7 days on the road.

Comfortable beds. The tiles in the bathroom were falling apart and the breakfast didn't taste so well. Decent hotel in accessible area, with comfortable rooms and beds. Also great customer service!

From ABQ car rental area to the hotel the travel time was less than five minutes, which gave us time to actually do some things on the afternoon of our arrival. Also, the hotel is right off Interstate 25 and it is very easy to find. The view of the Sandias isn't very good, but there is an unobstructed view across Albuquerque, and you can see downtown and the cinder cones (the "Albuquerque Vulcanoes") to the west, so the sunsets were marvelous. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've experienced in a hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgable of the area. The suite consisted of a small sitting room with a sofa-bed coffee table, desk and a counter with a TV. There was also a sink and a nice-sized refrigerator. This flowed into a short hall with a mirror and sink outside the loo. The bedroom had another TV, and a comfy chair. The AC was in the bedroom, and there was a ceiling fan in the sitting room to draw in cool air. A noisy groop of young people were on our floor for a couple days, but with the suite arrangement and the AC, our sleep was undisturbed. In other hotels, the constant talking and opening and closing of doors would have been intollorable. The hotel offers a hot breakfast (sausage, eggs and waffles) as well as fruit, toast and muffins. Everything was well-stocked, and the breakfast area was pleasant. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel for the bucks. It was roomy, comfortable and quiet. Very clean. Hallway smelled like smoke from cigerattes on my floor. Only conplaint I have is I asked for a 6 AM wake-up call so I could catch an early flight the next morning. I didn't get it.

Clean rooms. Unprofessional - dressing staff (shorts, barefoot, body piercings, tatoos). Good. Only negative was on next to last day. Light bulb went out and cleaning lady did not report it. When I asked her about it, she said 'no English". I called front desk and they said they'd send someone over right away. They didn't. Next day, they said they would accommodate us by changing our rooms. This, instead of changing a light bulb!

Quite disappointing? Black ants in the room, no noise enforcement, pool and hot tub were unavailable for part of our stay. The only saving graces for this location are that the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good.

I have been to many city stayed in lots of hotel not easily impressed. I love that there is a homier feeling to this hotel separations of the room space and the warm breakfast in the morning hits the spot.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast bar. Pool wasn't open, had to shock it. I've been in hotels, where they are getting rid of the comforters and using plain white sheets and another thicker white sheet to take the place of the comforter. Makes the room bigger, cleaner, more inviting, and super comfortable after a long day. Just a tip! Thanks for the stay.

The room layout was great for out family of five with the pullout couch and extra tv in the living room. The location was close to the airport and the interstate. We liked the microwave and refridgerator. However, for a Quality Inn I expected a cleaner and more updated room. We had a sticky spot on the carpet, peeling wallpaper, and an iron burn on the carpet. The closet door was off the slide and needed painting. We would still stay here again because of the price and room layout.

The Quality Suites location is works best for me because it is by the airport, family, and the downtown area. The previous times I have stayed there the checkin had been prompt and curtious. This time when I arrive the clerk, although friendly enough knew little about what was going on throughout the hotel. I arrived at approx 5:00 and she gave me a room that had previously had a late 3pm ck out. She had not known the room had been ransacked, stolen from, and not yet cleaned. There were no other romms available so I had to wait it out. When I got to my room , knowning it was a smoking room & I don't smoke, I expected an odor but the smell was unbelievable. Like a smoking bar @ closing time.Oh well, I would caulk it up to a bad weekend and give them another chance based on previous experences.

I took my whole family (6 of us) and we were all able to stay in one room and had plenty of space.. Breakfast was a great addition also.

This hotel is close to the airport but far enough away that we did not hear planes overhead. Easy way to the I-40 from the hotel. We had 2 queen beds in our suite. The bedroom was separated from the seating area by bathroom. The vanity area provided the walkway from one room to the other. The hotel was well clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to meet our needs.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel did not have wireless internet. This hotel was probably the best place I stayed at the entire time I was on the road, during which I stayed at five hotels. The rooms were clean and quiet and the free breakfast was excellent. The only thing I did not like was having to use an Ethernet cord for my laptop, but that is not a big deal. The internet was plenty fast and easy to access. I would stay here again if I am in Albuquerque again.

"I couldn't believe it, this hotel is good by all means including price to service. Staff is very friendly, rooms are big. We loved the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Very Clean Hotel with nice breakfast."

It is very clean and the staff is very friendly, breakfast is good and convenient staff seem to treat all customers with respect and readiness to help. There needs to be benches out side to site on for smokers. Very clean and inviting.

Not as nice as I expected. I expected Quality Suites to be a little more upscale. Dark rooms. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was a cutoff pillowtop. The pool smelled like vomit. The chair in the room had torn fabric. Cracks in floors and walls. Would not stay there again. Breakfast was good with eggs and hot waffles.
