A balcony room - very nice. Air conditioning was loud and right next to the bed. The only downside was the freeway noise.

Check-in process is easy and painless. The room was consistently clean and the staff was very helpful; in fact the desk staff even gave us an easier way to get to Golden, CO. During this stay, we had intended to stay for or granddaughter's birthday, which was on a Saturday, and we had planned to go back home the following Monday. There was a change of plans where they asked us to stay over for the Thanksgiving. The desk staff helped to extend the stay for another four days. The morning we left, there was a light snowfall, maybe 1-2 in, but the maintenence was out there cleaning up the snow after the snowplows had done their job. This was our second stay at this place, and you can be sure we will be back ! -M from Plano, TX; Stayed 8 nights

WOW! After driving 18hrs with a 10 & 6yr old the last thing we wanted to hear about was a snow storm heading into Denver right during our check in time. One simple call and we were cleared for early arrival ASAP! The staff was amazing! We accidentally left our camera in the lobby and the front desk notified us. We also accidentally left our lights on and the front desk notified us. Breakfast was filling and a nice selection. Housekeeping was FANTASTIC, but we could not speak spanish but we managed. Beds are very comfy. Our son is allergic to Feathers, and the hotel only has feathered pillows, so bring your own. The cookies in the evening are a delight and good. The business center is OK. There is a computer and printer, but the printer had poor print quality. Faxing could get expensive at 1.00/page. Be prepared for lengthy time in driving to ski resorts. We fell in love with Loveland Ski Resort, about 45min and the closest. They had a fantastic ski school and we recommend this resort. Smaller and less expensive but great runs and short lift lines.We will be back! Be sure to go to Indian Springs for the Hot Spring Pool and the Buffalo Restaurant. The El Rancho next door to the hotel is overated with poor service.

The room was very spacious and the pool was great. Absolutely nothing. We loved this hotel. Out of (4) hotels we stayed at out west, this was by far the best one. The room was spacious, the staff was very helpful, and everything was spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

"We travel quite a bit and we need good accomodations for our dog. Many hotels are more upscale (i.e. higher price and charge much more for the dog) and do not offer the comfort of the Quality Suites. We love the private patio, the large interior space and the proximity to hiking and other activities. If you enjoy wine, go to Creekside Cellars in town. Very good prices and great outdoor dining (with your dog at your side). The only drawback of the room was the bathroom (toilet and shower) could use brighter lighting. We are returning to this hotel for our next trip to Colorado."
