They were all suites, which was roomy and was very clean. Did not have an on site pool and charged extra for third adult in room. It was a very clean hotel. Better than I expected for a 2.5 star, it should have been a 3 star. Nice that they offered free full breakfast, free shuttle to casino & free internet. Nice rooms and very comfortable.

My husband and I booked our hotel for the wrong date so we had to find an alternate hotel at the last minute with not as many ammenities as our first pick offered. We were kinda bummed but it all worked out. When we arrived, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was excellent...very clean, great view of the bridge and river, and very full mini bar. We loved the location (within walking distance of clubs and shops). There is a free shuttle to the casino, which was very nice. Although the hotel doesn't have a pool or restraunt, we were very pleased to stay in such a nice bug suite.

Location was convenient. Carpeting in the room was filthy, cleanliness could have been improved. The quality here was something I'd have tolerated at a much cheaper motel.

I recently stayed at the Quality Suites and was very pleased with my stay. I stayed in a full size suite for the same price as a regular room somewhere else. Very close to all the attractions downtown we could walk to everything. Their on-site restaurant was actually closed, but we found plenty of great restaurants around the corner. Would definately recommend to anyone looking to stay in downtown!

Quality Suites is a great hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed her for a night during our visit to Casino Windsor. The hotel has great, clean rooms with a fully stocked fridge and 2 TVs. Great location and a shuttle to the casino. Perfect for a fun weekend.

Location on the edge of downtown is convenient to Casino and restaurants. Noise! This hotel seemed to cater to a very young clientele. The Quality Suites has seen better days. Rooms are worn, and past their prime, but the redeeming qualities of this facility could outweigh the bad, if you are on a budget. All rooms are suites with two rooms (King or 2 doubles), and a fold-out bed in the living area. Location is central, and within walking distance of all major downtown Windsor attractions. The clientele, particularly on the weekends, trends toward the 19-23 age range which can make for very loud hallways late at night. Security is on-site and quick to respond to all requests to quiet the commotion.

Location. One of the beds were broken. Other then one of the bed's box springs were broke (which housekeeping had to have noticed when the bed was made up), the hotel was great. The location was wonderful. I liked the suite idea. So that when I was unable to sleep I had a room to go to while my friend snored away!

Very fast elevator. Very attractive night shift. Yes, very attractive. Amazing, super fast elevator, very good breakfast, rooms were clean. The closed off bedrooms are very nice, especially if you want privacy from a friend. Also, check out the female clientele! NICE!

Great location, great size room. Breakfast was OK, but hey it was free. Parking (but new it before going). I was very impressed with this hotel the room size was great, parking was $10 a day you could park across the street for $3 for each time came and went. If you choose to walk every ware its only $3. No Wi-Fi in hotel but do have an Ethernet plug-in available not so good if you have to computer. Breakfast is very basic (burritos, French toast sticks, bacon, cereal) but hey it's free.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Really noisy! University drunks on our floor. Segregate them! The staff was friendly but can be more proactive in ensuring a quiet stay. One floor was very quiet, but one floor was filled with drunken University students. We had the misfortune of staying on that floor. Why not put them on their own floor?
