The hotel was nice enough. It is located near a major shopping area and it was nice to be able to visit shops and restrauants near by. It is a pet friendly hotel and those that had pets seem to take care of them properly. We had a very small puppy and it worked out very well for us. The pool and spa were very hot the night we were there and I would not thing it was very refressing to use. Both the pool and spa are in the same room. which was very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. This hotel was what we expected. Although the morning of check out the cleaning people started knocking at 8:30 and kept checking back to see if we had left every 30 minutes. It was too hard to explain that we weren't planning to leave until check out time because they could not speak or understand English. At breakfast time my boyfriend grabbed a dough nut and bit into it and a nut from a bolt was stuck to the bottom and he almost broke is tooth.

Me, my grandmother, and my 2 children went for getaway weekend to Chattanooga. The hotel was okay. From the pics online I was expecting something alot nicer..There wasn't enough parking so I had to drop my grandmother off in front of the room and park around the other side of the building! This was very inconvenient! Also, the bathroom wasn't very nice, the shower was great though! The hideaway bed was stained pretty badly and came with no sheets or blankets for it. I expected nicer for the money but I would stay there again if nothing else was available..They need a bigger sign!!

Scent of smoke was overwhelming. Bugs on the floor and bugs in the sink. Very unpleasant stay

Clean & nice room- close to highway-pet friendly. Charge for pet, many hotel's are free. Nice place. Continental breakfast was just o.k.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. The only complaint that we had was the unclean mattress pad on the sofa pull-out bed. It definitely hadn't been washed in a while. No other complaints though.

THe Quality Suites was nice for our one night stay. It was very close to many restaurants and shopping establishments. The room was very spacious, even had a closet, microwave, and fridge. Checking in and out was very fast without any delays. The only thing that we found odd, was that there was an envelope by the bed suggesting to leave a tip to the housecleaners. I have stayed in numerous hotels, and have never seen this before.

Microwave & refrigerator was nice to have available in the room. Stains on couch, floor, and bedspread. Given a smoking room that reeked of stale smoke! When we complained, we were moved but I covered the couch before I sat anything on it due to all of the stains of unknown origin.

It was in a great location and the staff was very friendly. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to buy a candle to make it smell better.

The location of this hotel is right off of interstate 75 north, I would not recommend this for even a one night stay. The carpets in the rooms need some serious cleaning, and the beds were terrible for comfort. The bathroom tub had black dirty foot prints because of walking around barefoot in the hotelroom. The parking needs some organization. We had to park on the opposite side of the hotel to get to our room. There were not enough parking spaces to accomodate each room for each side. The staff was friendly, and this hotel looks ok from the pictures. However as the old saying goes dont judge a book by its cover!

The staff was very willing to correct problems with the room. The rooms were pretty bad. I switched rooms 4 times before I found one that I thought was clean. This hotel needs some serious renovation. The carpets and furniture are stained. The hotel staff said that the unattractiveness of the rooms was because construction workers frequent the hotel. Either way, the rooms were gross looking. I switched rooms 4 times before I found one that I felt was clean enough. However, the staff was very courteous and understanding of my issues with their hotel, and did everything they could to fix the problem. It's an alright hotel if you're just staying the night, but I was visiting family for a few days and it was a bit too much.

Pros - Room was clean and spacious, cable channels clear, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Right next to Mall with the Aquarium, Imax, Walking Bridge and Zoo within short driving distance. Loved early check-in and later check-out! Cons - Wireless and Wired internet problems took 2 days to resolve. Breakfast area extremely crowded although the food (that I could get to) was good. My family and I would stay again.

The bedding was very nice, not scratchy, and the room was well lit. The night staff was very inconsiderate. The room was nice, but I will not stay at this hotel again. Around 2am my boyfriend (an insulin dependent diabetic) had a drop in blood sugar. The night attendant would not let me in to the lobby to use the vending machine. I had seen coke machines in the breezeway. However, I needed something with more sugar, and I had been informed that the only machines with food were accessed through the lobby. Instead, the attendant told me to walk to the Walgreen's down the street! I find it highly irresponsible to make a lone woman walk down the street for candy and such when there is a medical emergency.

I liked the bed. It was a Serta and it was comfortable. The staff was not pleasant. They had an attitude towards assisting me. This hotel needs some repairs. The pool needed to be remodeled. The door to the hotel was hard to unlock. The ice machine did not work and the staff was not very pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

"I will stay at this hotel again. The location, friendly staff and a stable high speed Internet connection made my stay there the best!"

The hotel staff was excellent, but out room key had to be exchanged 6 different times for malfunction. The rooms are old and need to be updated.
