I was disappointed to learn, upon checking in, after booking and paying for my room on Orbitz, that the hotel wanted an additional $15 for me to park my car at the hotel during my stay. I didn't know about the fee until I showed up at the hotel. Be sure to consider this charge when deciding whether to stay at the hotel or elsewhere.

The room was a suite. Paying for parking.

The hotel is clean and have a good space in the room. But watch out for parking fee. I wouldn't mind to pay for the parking fee if I would know in advance. When I received the reservation confirmation it did not say anywhere about the parking fee $$ per day. Well you get here and then surprise you have to pay and what do you do if there is nowhere else to park safe?. Shame on you Quality Suites! and bad for me,

the rooms are very large, in fact a bed room with dividing doors is great if you have kids.Love the italian rest. graffiti food was great and the staff very helpful and informative at the check in overall great place to spend a night!

Restaurant in the building. Great stay and close to the airport and clean rooms.

We've stayed here twice. Rooms are exceptionally clean, maid service was excellent. Great for families, my son loved watching out the window as airplanes took off from Pearson Airport. Front desk persons were a little unfriendly, but the rest was superb.

Good for business. Close to Toronto airport.

Its location to the airport. Its airport shuttle service is very poorly marked. waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle because it went by and I did not realize it was for the hotel. The heating system in the room was noisy. There was no meal on the flight and when I arrived at the hotel the restaurant was closed at 9:30 pm.

The Quality Suites Toronto Airport was a nice hotel for the price. Good proximity to the airport and easy to find. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Nonetheless, there were a few minor things that I found myself dealing with and accepting because of the overall value. The overall room itself was small and a little crowded. The furniture did not fit very well in the room (too large for the room size). There was not high-speed internet and no real kitchenette. Additionally, be prepared to pay for parking (@ $15/day it is not a trivial expense). Despite these things, I went for pleasure so much of this was not really an issue and would stay there again, but would probably try and different room type if available (one with fewer beds).

The layout of the suite was excellent. We were amazed at the spectacular suite - living, dining, kitchenette, bath and bedroom. So comfortable and spacious. Windows that really opened so you could get fresh air. Very comfortable bed - luxurious! Would definitely return.

The bed was very comfortable. I was not happy that I had to pay for parking & local telephone calls.

Suite style king size bed and double in separate rooms. Paying for parking. Clean, great location. Easy access to downtown. Did not like paying for parking, this was a suburban location not a premimium downtown location so I felt that paying for parking was excessive.

Seperate bedroom. Pay for parking! Nice spot for a romantic interlude.

It was a nice suite. They gave us a room that was not even cleaned up yet, and also the next day, we had cleaning lady who kept checking up on us for no reason at all. This hotel is good for people who want to travel around Etobiko, since it was very near the Toronto International airport. The location was very far from Downtown. The room was up to par, though we had cheaper coffee refreshed for us for the 2nd morning we've stayed. As for the suite, it was quite big with bathroom that was attached to both the living room and the bedroom (which had a French door for extra privacy). Overall, I liked the suite, since they gave us a floor on the 7th and the 9th which was high enough to avoid the traffic outside.

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to my friends and any business associates. It is reasonably price and very convenient for airport clients. I liked the restaurant food and service.

Exceeded expectations set by the 2.5 star. I would have been satisfied with a 2.5 star hotel, but was surprised with a 3 star experience. The room had 2 TVs and a decent sized bedroom.

Very spacious comfortable rooms. You may have to request a room with a desk/table if business traveler. All rooms are suites, so it is a great hotel when traveling with kids. For business person, the hotel location is great in relation to any other major conference hotels on the Airport Strip. I've often stayed here for conferences at other hotels and just walked to the conference. Lots of good dining in hotel and within walking distance. If needing a desk top or table, you may have to request it as some rooms have an extra bed rather than a desk or table.

Close to airport. Filthy, walls with holes, ragged furnishings and carpet. Terrible hotel. No desk at all in room, room was filthy. Informed staff via their reporting system. Nothing ever done about it. Toilet falling apart, tub broken, holes in walls, noisy, light switches covered in layer of grime. Staff apathetic, parking fee, and overpriced restaurant.
Date of Stay:
September, 2006
Good location and lots of room. Didn't like their continental breakfast. I would stay again but would eat breakfast elsewhere.
