Restaurant closed by 2115 when we checked in. No longer in Quality / Choice Hotel portfolio. Bit old and shabby but still good value.

This is a very typical motel with a good location. But the motel is old and requires much refurbishment. A hot tub attached to the room but you would not actually want to touch it. There did appear to be some exterior reburbishment in process.

This was our third stay in the resort. We very much enjoy the facilities. Lovely clean thermally heated swimming pool. Restaurant is very good for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have a modern interior. TV,fridge etc are all in good condition. We have recommended this resort to family members.

Found the accommodation clean and with all the amenities one could want for a trip to Rotorua. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Will definitely be using again.And recommending to friends.

We have stayed here three times now and always recommend to other friends. It is not the [other hotel], but is clean and spacious, especially the one bedroom units. The facilities are great with lovely heated pool, mini golf and tennis all available at no charge.

Facilities - Hotel facilities such as pool and kids play ground good. However rooms very basic for price and due for updating. Breakfeast - very basic and were not very forth coming with provding menu outside of contintual breakfeast vouchers.

We found the hotel very comfortable, we only wish we could have stayed longer to try some more of the facilities. We would stay again.

Overall, poor quality and very poor customer service in the resturant. Not at all happy with the quality and delivery of the food for the price. won't be booking there again. Rooms were small, bathroom area not overly clean which again was not depicted in the price.

Excellent facilities for an all in one resort.Eat sleep, swim, mini golf, tennis everything in one place.Good price for these facilities.Lounge seating needs to be updated and check electric blankets are working.Would highly recommend for families.Very quite rooms nice and warm.
