Excellent access to Sacramento International Airport.

I hate it when I use price of a hotel to decide where I will stay. Thinking * should get me a decent room I stayed here finding it little more than a very poorly managed ***. Desk attitude was poor, tv remote batteries were dead, continental breakfast appeared to be left over form the previous day, all for twice the price it should have been. Choice Hotels should re-evaluate this one.

The location from the Airport. Front desk clerk, very nice at 1 am Finding a used coffee filter in the coffee maker

There were many business near the hotel: gas stations, car wash, restaurants, and close shopping malls. The person behind the desk did not greet me or offer to help with information on what the hotel amenities had. No enthusiasm. As a business or quick leisure traveler it is easy to get to the airport or downtown Sacramento. I did not expect luxury, but did get a clean room. I appreciate the free newspaper. Front desk personnel can be improved but perhaps she did not feel well or it was a bad day. I will give her the benefit of the doubt. I might look elsewhere if in town again.

Easy access to freeway. Desk help was very slow & not professional. Okay, but would not recommend to family & friends.

It was clean and came equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and blow dryer. Was very impressed.

Free wireless internet. Uncomfortable bed. We like the free wireless internet and the refrigerator. We also thought the thick curtains were nice to block out the light and we couldn't hear any neighbors making noise. The rooms could use some style though. They have a low-budget feel.

Location. Dirty carpet my bare feet were black. Disappointing for mid range money. It would really help if they steam cleaned the carpets from time to time.

Clean room, OK for overnight trip; the donuts for complementary breakfast in the morning were two days old; overall stay was good. The channel changer in the room did not work. OK for overnight stay, recommend they be sure the channel changers per room work; recommend new donuts daily, otherwise staff was very helpful and friendly, and the stay was good.

I liked that I could leave the next day. That I had to stay there. I would rate this as a no star hotel. the hotel is one of the worst facilities I have ever stayed in. the room may have looked clean, but it felt dirty, smelled dirty, and I was afraid to touch anything. The rooms are very old and outdated. the hotel is right next to a sonic and a Denny's and there is a lot of noise and carrying on that goes on there till all hours of the night, making sleep difficult. The beds in the room are horribly uncomfortable, and as far as the so called continental breakfast, I found very little of anything out the next morning, and even less which I considered safe to eat. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

It was easy to find. Loud and noisy. Spa was nothing but toxic fumes. Pool was dirty. Had to ask for adequate towels. People upstairs taking showers in the middle of the night with loud bath fans. I complained about the spa to the front desk person who refused to admit there was anything wrong. When the bubbles went off a wave of fumes came out with them causing skin and eye irritations and coughing for an hour for my son and I. Nothing was done about it. Bird defecation in the pool that I was told was clean.

The room they finally put us into was large. I booked a room with 2 beds and they gave me one with only 1. Had to change and pay 50% more. She finally put us into a room with 3 beds (the only other room available) but charged us 50% more. This was LESS than the quoted rate for the 3-bed room, which is a minor consolation. When we got to the room there was a sign on the door indicating it was a non-smoking room, but it had a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. The people in the next room were noisy and kept us awake until 2 a.m.

Relatively quiet for being close to the freeway. Batteries were dead in the TV remote. Good accommodation's for business, close to freeway access. The lobby had a very strong smell of curry which I did not like but otherwise a decent experience.
