One of the most lush and beautiful courtyards in any hotel. The balcony off the room was gorgeous. The continental breakfast was very lacking. Quiet, clean, comfortable and gorgeous. The courtyard is a treat. However, if you are looking for a continental breakfast to remember, look elsewhere.

Landscaping is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located near Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. This hotel is right by the freeway and only took us less than 10 minutes to get there. The hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay great! They have waffles included in their continental breakfast - yum!

Comfortable. No spa. It was great. Very comfortable room, clean, excellent staff on duty. Only bad thing was no spa.

We booked this through a page on the Six Flags site. Our first bad move. The first room had dog poop and cigarette butts on the balcony and broken plastic on the carpet. The man in the room next door was obviously drinking heavily and was clearly visible with his dog because the balconies offer litle privacy. They offered me 3 other rooms - the first had a maintenance man on the toilet. I returned the key and went to the next room which had dirty linens piled in the bathroom. The next room appeared fine until we pulled back the sheets and it was clear they had not been washed since someone had used them. I was not able to get through to the discovery booking to change the reservation. The hotel is under remodelling and the front desk finally offered us a room that had been completed that day which had fresh sheets and was up to the quality inn standard, but it was a king and not two queens. We made it through the night. Staff was polite, if somewhat embarassed to be working there.

Nothing, bad customer service, not helpful. Unsafe, unclean, do not recommend. Guys were smoking pot by the room, guys were drinking beer outside next room, room reeked of cigarette, customer service was unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not able to park my car close to my room. I enjoyed my stay the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Room was disgusting! This hotel relies upon the fact that it has convenient on & off of the freeway traffic and not it's care of its rooms. The room had its original paint, drapes, carpet etc. Dirty, stinky, sticky and dingy. No care has ever been given to cleanliness!

Nothing. Vary dirty, the area it was in (bad). Staff was ok. But everything else was bad.

The room itself wasn't bad. All nearby business had bullet proof glass. In the evening all was in lockdown. Compare this with prison only with freedom. The hotel was not bad. The room was reasonably clean. The staff was professional. The pool was even in good shape - not heated though. The neighborhood I would compare to living in a dangerous inner city. We tried to buy sodas at 9:00 p.m., all business locked their bullet proof doors. You had to shop through the glass and then say what you wanted through a speaker. One store worker had mercy on us, after we were being panhandled for the second time. He let us in his store to shop, and warned us about walking home. This is probably not a place to bring your children or loved ones. There's a reason why it's hard to find business in these locations. It's just plain dangerous. Sorry Quality Inn.

It was centrally located for my purposes. This hotel met my expectations. Although not in the very best part of town, I already knew that. It was close to everything and everyone I wanted to see. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

It has a great lactation between the bay area and Napa Valley. Some of the guests were noisy in the middle of the night. I recommend this hotel for those traveling with families. The accommodations were clean and affordable for families.

My first impression of the property was it was dirty. I think a power washer needs to be used. A very loud church group was in session on Sunday . The room was ok I liked the fact that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The exterior really needed to be cleaned up.
