The hotel was nice and clean. Pool, hot tub, and work out facilities great. Breakfast was fantastic. Extremely friendly staff. Only complaint was the humidity. It was a cold low humidity day outside but we had to run the room dehumidifier full blast along with the air conditioner at full blast to achieve a comfortable level which didn't happen til the next day. Just kind of a wierd experience. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and have never had that experience.

Size of the room. Dirty. Bad plumbing. The toilet overflowed and the sink by the microwave was backed up. When I told the hotel staff about it she gave me extra towels and said sorry. I told her I had young children and I had to make sure the room was sanitary she handed me a bottle of cleaner. The bathroom and room in general was dirty anyway! just not spotless at all and the general eating area was not well cleaned either. Very disappointing.

It provided shelter. Horrible smoke odor, phone in my room didn't work. Noisy internet didn't work, smoke detector was broken. It was a horrible experience, they were not able to satisfy my reservation, it was unsafe with the smoke detectors in my room being in-operable and the telephone in the room was also out of service. There was a large group in the hotel that was very noisy in which there was not any security maintaining the floors to escort these teenagers and young children to there rooms at such late ours.
