The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The hot continental breakfast was a nice option to have, although we only had breakfast in the hotel a couple of times, preferring to explore and eat at various local restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi were appreciated after a long day of sight-seeing. The location is ideal if you want to be in the downtown area.

Relatively close to convention hotel. Lobby and hall area had musty smell from pool.

The hotel is in need of updating, it was noisy with doors slamming late in the night, you could hear people in the room next door very clearly, the hallway was dirty and the parking was located in the back of the hotel off of an alley.

The hotel was clean, quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the pool was nice. My only complaint was that the rooms had windows facing out into the (indoor) hallway. I found this feature odd. At night, light from the hallway illuminated the room since the curtain was rather thin. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent pool area. Very cramped untidy rooms. While our actual room was nothing to write home about, the ambiance of the rest of the hotel was excellent. The pool area is second to none. The staff was extremely friendly, even when we had a problem with our original room and needed to be switched to another. Great location, wonderful continental breakfast and dining area.

"Our room was on the ground floor which made it easier for my 82 yr.old mother. Also we were always able to park near a door. Good restaurant down the hall, too. Nice beds. The floors could have been cleaner."

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room clean and the supplies replenished. The complimentary breakfast was adequate; scrambled eggs/sausage with make yourself waffles, toast, bagles, etc. The breakfast room was very well maintained. The in-door pool facilities were large with lots of room for family groups to enjoy. The ultra-small workout room left much to be desired. A restaurant is attached to the premises. A comfortable, clean, pleasant place to stay.

"The hotel is right in the center of downtown and it was the perfect choice. The hotel itself is very basic, nothing fancy. There is a nice pool and they serve breakfast in the morning. Rooms are average but were clean. It was great however to be within walking distance of basically everything good in the downtown. There was a great pub across the street with AMAZING burgers. There were 5 others within a half mile. We had a really great time saturday nite just bar hopping. Worth the stay."

Very friendly and helpful staff. Received room upgrade for same price. Ample parking in rear of hotel. Hotel grid a little confusing at first. Very nice free breakfast including eggs and make your own waffles.

Good breakfast buffet including a Belgian waffle maker. Fine pool area. First room assigned smelled of smoke, but we were quickly given a different room.

We had a pool area on the second floor but wanted a room on the first floor. I called and spoke with the desk manager and she gave us a room on the first floor right off of the pool floor! It was great for the kids. Some of the furniture is old and outdated but overall was amazing for the kids! Small kids pool and golf putting area.Breakfast in the morning was a hot breakfast buffet and we couldn't get enough.

The Quality Inn & Suites is a true find in the vast array of hotel options...I was very impressed with the service, the pool area, and the cleanliness of our room. The location to downtown Green Bay was ideal and right across the street we had a great time at the local pub. More than anything, the staff was exceptional...I will stay here everytime we visit!!

Very nice pool area. Great hot breakfast! The pool was very nice but the pool bathroom was very dirty. Overall a very nice hotel. In a great location that is close to all the attractions in Green Bay. Would definitely stay there again.

"Since We aren't given much typing room, all I can really say in a nutshell is my room was filthy. Carpet stained, sheets and toilet not cleaned, my fire alarm went off for no reason til they disconnected it. I stay in WI often, never again at this hotel."

We were impressed with the Quality Inn of Green Bay. Our room was right off the pool. It was so convenient since we traveled with our children. In addition, the rooms are very sound-proof. The hot breakfast was great! I have already recommended it to a few friends.
