Hotel staff failed to warn that some doors have handles that open in up position, while others open in down position. After a long drive, we had difficulty getting into the room. I walked through pouring rain to the office to be told to try the opposite direction from the normal. Message light was flashing when we checked in, and was only extinguished after 3 calls to the front desk, when I was finally told how I could extinguish it. Also, cleaning was minimal. Various vistiges if previous occupants were evident (i.e. a child's bright pink plastic fork on the top of the shower enclosure).

The bed was soft, free internet. Holes in walls, bad light, service stunk, and iron was broke. Blow dryer was broken, sink was broken, pillows were bad, if it could be bad it was. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. The worst hotel I have stayed in. Asked for extra towels in the morning to shower, they asked why. Lighting was horrible, upkeep was even worse. When the sink faucet falls apart in your hand, the iron leaks on your clothes and won't heat (I borrowed one from a neighbor), the blow dryer does not work, and the room looks like somebody had an awesome party then hired a 3rd grader to fix the walls it's not good.

I'm glad I only stayed one night. This quality Inn isn't that old but has aged quickly. Partly due to the contruction workers working on I-20 in Augusta. First and foremost, The room wasn't clean in the kitchen area. The stove needed cleaning, the walls needed cleaning by the stove, the bathroom had hair in the shower, the heating/AC unit made an aweful noise, the stairs outside our room were made of metal and the soldiers (God Bless 'em) felt the need to stomp their way up and down most of the night, all the ice machines were broken, had to get ice from the Sleep Inn next door and the girl working the front desk at the time didn't seem to be overly concerned. I guess that enough Cons. The Pros if any, aren't worth mentioning. My wife booked this room to save a couple of bucks. NOT WORTH IT!!

The room was spacious with2 queen sized beds. A kitchenette with full size fridge was a nice surprise, though we did not need for our short stay. The continental breakfast was very nice--scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffle maker in addition to the usual pastries. The first room we were assigned had an air conditioner problem--it was LOUD, like some belt was loose. We were immediately transferred to a new room. All in all, a great experience.

Good location. What I expected for the price. Funny smell.

The coffee maker was not clean. It still had coffee in the pot, also had a used filter still in it. The stove top had food still on it. I could have stayed at another hotel that looked this old for alot less money. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast very good.

The maid paid more attention to the tip than cleanliness, Toilet kept overflowing, lamps didn't work. Produce left in the refrigerator, counters not clean,

Had a mini kitchen. Carpet really dirty. It would've been a good hotel but the carpet was so dirty, and so was the mini kitchen.

"This was a room with a kitchenette ie, fridge, range top, microwave, full kitchen counter tops, cupboards, etc. But it had absolutely no cookware, no plates, no flatware, no cups or glasses. All the cupboards were bare to the wall rendering the kitchen absolutely useless. Nothing to cook on and nothing to eat it on even if you could cook something."

The out side of the hotel look good but the room I stayed in was smelly and not all that clean. I would not recommend this hotel to a dog. I know that is harsh but i was was very unhappy and unfortable with the hotel.

Good AC and TV channel availability. Dated decor and room facilities, bugs not enough towels. Was disappointed with stay. Easy access to major routes. Room not as clean as could have been. Water bugs in BR. Small pool shared by adjacent hotel. A motel feel about the place.

Suite was very grungy and a scary atmosphere. people knocking on doors all night. certainly not a place to bring small children. onsite mgr very discourteous and rooms were severly damaged. for being a newer property this one has been seriously damaged.

Only one person at front desk and he went away for more than 7 minutes so I sat in the lobby when the room door would not open after my arrival. It was only about 8PM on a Sunday evening.

Room has micro wave, ice box and hot plates not of which we needed or asked for. For we needed it. For, just a nights lodging, it was okay.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Noise and smell. In respect to other hotels on this block, this hotel seemed about average. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Bed covers seemed worn. A musty smell came from the AC, however the most annoying part of the stay was the noise from the room above ours.

Friendly staff , nice morning continental breakfast. Room smelled bad, bed bugs. Nothing worth.

The hotel was ideal for extended stay. There was little space to work. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and a very comfortable bed. However, the shower head was rusted and molded and there was little space for business work. Also, it took the iron 30 miuntes to warm up.

Air conditioner was the best out of all the motelsI have ever stayed. Thanks. Room was dirty, carpet was sticky and left feet blackish, stove eyes had not been cleaned/spills not wiped out. This motel was goodfor location and two queen beds, with kitchen.TheAC was great and I really appreciate that it makes sleeping and showering easier.

Nothing. Very noisy. People parting all night, drinking in parking lot. People partying all night. Music playing could not sleep. Will never stay at Quality Inn again. Continental breakfast was horrible.

Friendly staff, location was good felt safe in the area. Wished the room was a little larger. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and very well kept. Being a business traveler the area that I had to use was a little tight in the space but overall I had a pleasant stay.
