Hotel under renovation, public spaces not available.

The room had no bathroom. It and the shower were in the hall and shared by others. We talked at length before I booked and they never mentioned it. ""our website says European style"" was their response

They provided shuttle service at convenient times and locations. The staff was very helpful in helping me to get around and minimize the driving i had to do. I also got to make my own waffle at the continental breakfast, a fun little treatI wasn't expecting.

Clean, friendly, very convenient for my needs at that time. Needs to be redecorated carpet stained, furniture old, needs a refrigerator in the room. If carpet and furniture were updated this would be a 4 star hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Very convenient for the tennis tournament that we were attending. Good shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again but would really like to have a refrigerator in the room.

The continental breakfast waffles were great. I also recommend the Jacuzzi room. The noise in the hallway in the morning was disturbing - and it was the staff, not the other residents. The bed was comfortable, and the room met our expectations completely. Breakfast was great, too.

Quiet. bed good swimming pool. Dark. Decent place that had seen better days. Could use some updating wireless Internet in rooms. Not bad, not great, either.

It's location. It was in great disrepair, unkept, and a poor excuse for a hotel. This was the poorest hotel that I have stayed in, in the past 30 years... period. It was unkept, and in great disrepair.
