The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel has a warm and charming ambiance, it's clean and comfortable, the food is good and the staff are very friendly. I found it to be of good quality and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

Bathrooms were very clean, room was well kept and roomy, beds were excellent, front desk service was good except for morning of check out when the staffer was absent from the front desk for a long time. Location near the airport, gardens and highway is excellent. Windows need washing!

This is a very charmiing hotel. Has an old English style. The rooms were plenty large enough and the curtains made the room dark enough for sleeping. The location out of town gives it a country feeling. The continental breakfast was adequate, and the muffings were very good.

Atmosphere, hotel charmingly decorated in English style. No free internet. Complimentary breakfast was not consistent in stocking.

The hotel was adequate in apperance and condition. The rooms were clean but dated by the decor.Near highway and close to ferry transportation centers.

Close to Butchart Garden and the ferry. No fridge, no microwave. Never got to see the dog.
