Customer friendly. Could hear the people above me walking/running down the hall. This hotel was a little farther away from the Downtown area, but was worth the drive as it had everything in the hotel I required for my trip.

We had a baseball tournament to attend in Spokane and stayed here with my family and team. The Hotel staff were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. The breakfast is ok but better than most. They have a happy hour with free drinks and an appetizer as well as cookies and milk every night. The rooms had two queen beds with a pull out bed in the couch. The rooms were very nice and clean. Had a business center, game room, laundry room, pool, hot tub, tanning bed, fitness room, etc. If I was traveling to Spokane again this would be my first choice.

We came for a graduation in Spokane and also went to Idaho. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Great breakfast. No negatives. Comfortable and clean room with comfortable beds, a responsive staff and great hot breakfast.

The Pros ? Location was right off the highway which was very convenient. Breakfast area was nice and offered a good selection. The Cons ? Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes.

Room was nice. Breakfast nice, more than just rolls and coffee. Dirty bar of soap in tub. jacuzi was cold, colder than bath water and way too much clorine, so much it hurt your eyes to run the jets.

Room was clean and comfortable but the air conditioner was a little noisy. Pool exercise room and common areas are well kept. Found out later that ground floor rooms with patio doors are used for pets so request an upper room if this bothers you. Free hot breakfast was very good. Shopping mall located nearby. Residents from out of state are exempt from sales tax on goods so show your ID when making purchases to save some money. Casa de Oro next door has great mexican food at a good price. Longhorns Barbecue across I-90 was an expensive disappointment.

The Quality Inn Suites in Spokane, Wa was not only eye pleasing on the outside but was just as nice inside. The hotel has just about everything a traveler needs, from a small store to video and game room to a very nice indoor pool. The location is very close to the interstate and is close to restaurants and stores. The room was much bigger and more comfortable. The room had a little kitchenette that was nice to prepare a late night snack.

The hotel is a very nice one. Staff were very nice and the location very good. Resturant right across the way. Safeway and gas station also. Breakfast was very very good. Will return in the future

We always find our rooms at this hotel to be spacious, well layed out, and comfortable. Because my husband is from Spokane, we like to visit friends and family while we are there. The location of this hotel, very close to I-90, makes those visits convenient and simple. We also love the wonderful breakfasts they provide: scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual rolls, toast, cereal, waffles, juices, milk, tea and coffee. Their breakfast room is beautiful - it could double as the dining room in any hotel.

"We really like this motel. A1 service. Never bothered by staff, but always attentive to our needs. We visit Spokane every year to visit relatives. This is where we will stay from now on. Nightly cookies and milk. Daily breakfast, not cold continental stuff."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The cookies and milk/coffee in the evenings was great. The free breakfasts were also very good. The free parking was appreciated. The room was quiet. The free PC in the lobby was great to check email/surf the net. The pool table was a nice touch. There is a spa, but the jets were broken at the time. There is a small workout room; one of the 3 treadmills was not working. There is a sauna. The staff were friendly. Check-in/out was a breeze. I would stay here again; it would be nice if the price was a bit lower."

"Good room, housekeeping was hit or miss. 8AM one day(walked in...) then after 12 pm the next. Lots of road noise on the North side. (My room)"
