Everything was fabulous. The staff was super helpful. The room with two queen beds was extremely large. The bed was really comfortable. We really enjoyed the sliding door and outside patio right off our guestroom.The breakfast was the best we have ever had traveling. We highly recommend this Quality Inn on Benson Highway,Park Ave. and I-10 in Tucson ,Az.

This hotel is not what you'd expect from a Quality Inn. The rooms are old and dated and in need of remodeling. The pool was missing covers over the drains and not well taken care of. The pool area itself would have been pleasant had there been someone to clean up but as it was there was trash and wet towels everywhere. The check in office was the only room that I saw that had been remodeled at some point. Our room had a balcony that over looked the lawn and pool area...and the empty tar buckets that were on the roof across the way. The continental breakfast was basic and stale, they had the jelly packets that most restaurants offer but when we tried to use ours the jelly inside was so old it was a solid piece of rubbery substance, the bagels were dry, the orange juice was good. This hotel would be very nice if it were taken care of. The only way to get to the rooms is to enter your room key into the main hallway door which made it feel like it was a secure place. It was an okay hotel if you needed something short in duration but I will try elsewhere next time.

my husband owns a business in Tucson but we live in McNeal,Az. We stay on an average of 20 nights a month. We feel very comfortable at this Hotel. The service is GREAT and the place is clean and we LOVE the breakfast every morning.

Location relative to business being conducted by me. No ventilation of bathrooms in entire motel! Friendly staff. Owners do not see it as a problem that there is no bathroom ventilation in the entire motel. When the person (s) in the room above showered, water from their shower leaked through the ceiling and ran down the wall and into our shower. Bath amenities were very sub-par.

The hotel was dirty, there was no hot water, the carpet was disgusting, the location was terrible, the customer service was poor. I will never stay in this hotel again and probably will not even stay in another Quality Inn. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel.

Convenient to major travel roads; restaurants within walking distance. No restroom fans; no microwave. Overall, the hotel was neat and clean.

I booked a non-smoking room. After checking in after midnight, we were put in a smoking room. The odor was terrible, but after driving for 7 hours we were too tired to walk back to the front desk. There was no cold water and someone prior to us had used the toilet and not flushed(#2, not #1). The one night stay was an absolute nightmare.

It was a place to sleep. The bathroom was badly remodeled cracking, the pool and Jacuzzi were not operating. This is a place if you need a good night rest. You have a place to rest and then you get up and get back out of town. My boys and I were more concern that our car might be broken into.

The front desk staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was good. However, the rooms need work. The heating system is so outdated that when I turned the heat on, the fire alarm went off. Overpriced."

Nice rooms, good continental breakfast and nice restaurant. No hot water, early morning help appeared drunk or something, late start on continental breakfast. Cold water for shower and late continental breakfast.

I only stayed here two nights and was not pleased. When in my room, the TV remote did not function, the wireless internet was awfully slow and the shower water pressure was so low that I was barley able to wash the soap off of my body. Some of the rooms are still being renovated. Would not recommend any one to stay here.

The guarantee of the shuttle. The hot tube and pool was not available for use. This hotel was adequate, but needs an aromatic smell. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replace or upgraded with tile to avoid the dusty smell and look. The old stagecoach, wagons and wheels were very historical.

They were nice enough to change rooms. It was so much better & nice. The 1st room had a couple of some roaches in restroom. It took a long time to get hot water & room had a musty smell.

Excellent rate, and very nice for the cost. Noise from the freeway. It looks like it was a stylish and sort of romantic hotel maybe 25 years ago. Clean, and comfortable. Nice room despite some noise from the nearby freeway.

Friendly staff, got refrigerators and microwaves to all our rooms when we asked. No hot water at night and none until 7:30 in morning. It was a good hotel, but the hot water situation was annoying. Decent rooms for a good price. The grounds needed upkeep. It almost looked abandoned, but maybe it was their off season. Good housekeeping.

I liked the location except at this time because of all the construction there were a lot of the workers staying there. The landscaping could have used some cleaning up. I liked the fact that it was easy to find and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice handicapped room, grounds are attractive, nice continental breakfast, and especially nice duvet covers on the bed. Cheap (flimsy) toilet paper and tissue paper, and no exhaust fan in bathroom. I would recommend the hotel and restaurant to others.
