Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night, but enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. The central location was a plus. We had a reasonable rate during a busy July 4th weekend. We will stay there again.

Attempting to upgrade and cordial staff. Dirty bathroom and hard cheap mattress. They are attempting to upgrade and there is much obvoiusly new work, but the housekeeping staff has to learn to do a more thorough job to make the upgrades effective. Better mattresses and extra pillows wouldn't hurt either.

We enjoyed the room but the free breakfast was not enjoyable. We arrived for breakfast at 6 am. The coffee was weaker than tea, the orange juice dispenser was empty along with the 2% milk. The only cereals available were suger coated. We left without eating.

the toilets ran all night- not enought towels- dirty blanket - bathroom missing base boards- completely filthy- non smoking room- but we found the non english speaking housekeeper smoking in the room !!!! Management was aloof when sharing the problems- watching TV when we came to the office at all hours- the worst hotel I have been to in years-

Unvacuumed. Had to ask for own bedding and make the bed myself. No towels..no remote.. no compensation for their lack of service!

Iloved their new bedding. I stay at quality inn for one night. The front desk staff was great. Its under new ownership and it has proved a lot. I loved their new bedding. Especially the white comforter and five pillows. The continental breakfast was great they have hard bowled eggs. The out side pool was nice and clean. I would love to stay with them again in future.

Clean, small functional bath; sort of comfortable bed; we don't need anything else. Not enough pillows. We are oldsters. Exactly what you need in a motel if you don't sit around the motel much. Great staff.

It had a pool. It still needs fixing up. Shower floor was constantly wet after we took a shower. This is a nice hotel if you are looking for a place to sleep, for cheap. Next time I will spend more money for comfort. Staff was friendly. Rooms still need attention. I think the place had just been bought and they are remodeling. My bed's sheet had a cigarette burn in it and my son cut his heal on the bathtub because the bottom was not finished and covered with tile.

This was not a good experience for me. The charge for the hotel was more than if we just walked in. We were assigned a room that has not been cleaned. When we were able to get a new assignment, the TV did not work.

Free coffee. The motel it's self ed. The front desk person would not budge on the must accommodate two adults which means one bed. Plus stuck us back in a corner room.

Good TV channel selection. It was old, rundown, bed was small, absolute minimum towels, carpet worn out, shower head held up by tape. It is an old hotel with no upgrades other than the fluorescent replacement light bulbs to help the hotel's electricity bill. They only put two of three lights in the fixture over the sink I presume to save money. The carpet was gross, we would not let our kids play on it. One of the chairs had a terrible stain from some unknown substance and looked like it had been that way for many years. We used one of the four towels we were allotted to cover the chair seat so we would dare to sit on it. The shower had good pressure but it had a sliding fixture for the shower head that was so worn out the owner had taped it in place with electrical tape. The place was obviously not full, but the owner was not willing to give us a room with two beds so our small children had a place to sleep unless we paid $18 dollars more. We had friends join us on this trip who found a place down the street cheaper and with plenty of room for their children.

Good overnight stop while traveling through Carson City, Nevada. Very basic 2 star quality. Not very appealing. This hotel is very basic. Fits the bill for a "one-night" stay while traveling through the Carson City area.

I liked nothing I left early. Dirty, broken bed, heater, unhelpful staff and dangerous location. Do not stay at this hotel. I stormed out after 1 night sleeping in my sweats.

Staff. Breakfast was horrible. Good price, helpful staff especially. The manager and convenient location. Horrible breakfast, need better house cleaning.
