I was very disappointed with this room. The room was not clean and smelled smokey I asked for wakeuip call and never got one. I was luckey to wake up on my own. Because I was late getting up I had no chance to shower or get coffee {could not have cont breakfast even if wake up was given, cont breakfast was after 6 am}. When I checked out clerk appeared as just woke up.

Quality Inn Terrace Club was a great place to stay. Amenities are easily accessible. Good location for food choices and other supplies (office stuff and computer needs.) The desk chair was my only irritation. It was more of a converted side chair. Comfortable bed, good water pressure for the shower. And the complimentary breakfast is real food - eggs, breakfast meats as well as the other things like ceral and muffins. Good access to the airport and freeway. A great jumping off place for the day.

The rooms were nice and the bed was even nicer. Having to leave and go back to work. This is a good hotel to stay at. We have stayed here 3 times already. The staff is super nice and the rooms are not to bad.

The hotel staff friendly and efficient The ambiance of hotel very relaxing and pretty. The mucic played in background beautiful, low volume, and quality selections. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. It was nicely presented, clean surroundings, great choices, and relaxing environment. The afternoon cocktail hour-soft drinks and all sorts of tasty foods. It most certainly was a surprise. It was also very convenient to airport and many restaurants,

Great value. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was for less than 100 bucks. The room was spotless and comfortable. Vary well maintained inexpensive hotel.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. I arrived close to midnight, but the clerk was there right away, and very friendly and helpful. The room was ample; and it included a good workspace on the desk. Everything was adequate for my needs, although this is not a luxury hotel. There was an odor of room freshener which I thought would bother me, but I got used to it and it was just fine. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows, including a very soft one (which is what I like). The thing that made me most happy was the breakfast experience; a lovely garden patio was available to eat breakfast in, with a lot of bird feeders and many songbirds visiting. ALternatively you can sit inside with large windows to view the patio and birds. The breakfast was way over the top; french toast, belgian waffles, freshly made oatmeal, fresh fruit, sausage, bacon, etc. It is very conveniently located to the airport in Grand Rapids, and the freeway if you're arriving to visit an out of town location, as I was. I'll stay here next time.

The Quality Inn Terrace Club provided a clean and comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. The room was large and with a large bathroom too. The hotel was quiet and a large variety of restaurants nearby. The full hot breakfast is also very nice.

I like the facilities of the hotel and decoration in the reception areas. I do not like the breakfast serving time, it was too early for people who wake up late.
