Indoor Jacuzzi. Staff was rude. Clean and decent - no choice of breakfast on the weekend and wait staff are all not happy to be there and it shows. If the staff would not be so rude and actually show up to help you at the table, the lines would not be so long.

We stayed at this hotel for a spring break vacation. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the options were limited. I would stay there again.

Wonderful/helpful/friendly staff, spotless rooms with many ammenities, pet friendly and pet approved (my dog acted like she was at home). I can't say enough good things about our stay there.

Quiet location, peaceful. Breakfast staff was a little surly some mornings. Over a good value for the dollar. Room was clean and neat, not thread bear, but a little on the tired side. Could use some renovations and updates in the room. Breakfast was nice, but staff was not the most pleasant. Make sure to get there early, otherwise there may be a wait and less then excited staff. Would definitely stay there again if I am back in Taos.

Good location right on the main drag, about 2 miles from the Plaza. The staff was very helpful with directions, ski information, and such. However, the rooms had paper thin walls and too many kids running up and down the hallways. The other strange thing was that the sink, toilet and tub were extremely low to the ground-- I'm only 5'3'' and I had to bend way over to wash my hands and face. The shower had just a trickle of water. Breakfast was buffet style with food that had been sitting out for hours. Not very appetizing. But-- if you need a relatvely cheap hotel with a good location, and don't plan on spending time in the room, this is an OK choice.

i would stay here again.the front desk was very friendly,the free breakfast in the morning was great more food than one person could eat the waitress was very friendly.the room was clean.a nice place for a family to stay i was traveling alone with 2 kids and felt great staying.

Free hot breakfast. Dingy, old. Needs updating, nice hot breakfast, nice to have fridge and microwave in room, dingy, bathrooms need talc and updates.

We were very happy with the Quality Inn in Taos and will definitely stay there again. We were greeted by friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Slept great in their comfy beds, and they had plenty of quality pillows (usually one of our complaints with most hotels)! The complimentary breakfast was a full hot breakfast, made to order, and was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value and a clean comfortable place to stay.

Clean, good price, free hot breakfast. Slight smell, but you don't notice it after a while - just when you first walk in the room. Very good value. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was good.

We won't stay here again. The hotel rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms have no exhaust fans, which makes them steamy and moldy. The tile around the tub faucet could have been pushed out with little pressure and the bathroom door was rotting at the bottom. We couldn't take showers because the water temp changed suddenly from cold to very hot. There were no ceiling fans in the room either, and the room was stuffy. There was a door that opened to a nice courtyard, but we had to close it when people began to smoke outside. There was a microwave and fridge, but the fridge kept going on and off and didn't keep drinks cold. The lobby and restaurant was ok, but the rooms aren't Choice Hotel quality.

Friendly staff. Mildew smell in rooms made me ill. I was very disappointed with the mildew smell in the rooms. I even tried relocating to another room and it was also bad. It was obvious that there had been some ceiling water damages on the first floor rooms.

Cooked breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit shabby; beds are getting worn out. Very friendly receptionists and cleaners. Everybody was happy with the choices of (free) cooked breakfast. The halls and stairs were a bit shabby and the bed was past its prime. But generally a very enjoyable stay.

Roomy, good beds, clean and neat. Lousy pillows. Too hard. We found this to be a clean, accessible motel, with decent rooms and a friendly staff. We're no longer used to smokers in bars, so the bar was a little tough for us to enjoy, but that's a matter of laws in the state. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I'd go back here.
