Hotel warm, cozy. Rooms oversize & spacious, got a restful night sleep after driving 26 hours, great service, friendly front desk staff, accommodated us quick easy check/in/out-Gave us excellent driving directions, and suggested a great place to eat. Are stay at your hotel was 1 of the best we have experienced,we will be coming back in the summer.

Very spacious, comfortable room. Great service. Too bad internet service was dysfunctional in the room. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

The front desk person was pleasant. Noisy, room smelled, room did not seem clean. The hotel was noisy. Party going on street level right outside room early in evening and then paryting in the wee hours. Due to noise, we barely slept all night.

I recently went to the Quality Inn and Suites with my three children, we literally walked into the hotel room and, just as quickly, we walked out. First of all, the location was terrible. It was isolated and appeared to be slightly abandoned behind a bunch of buildings. The lobby was musty and small. More like a "motel" which was not quite was we were looking for. It smelled gross and was noticeably dirty. The room we stayed in was a "suite". Not only did the room stink of smoke but THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY. My son pulled down the top blanket and there was hair all over the sheets, they clearly were not cleaned. There was a burnt pan in the oven. Overall, the place was absolutely digusting. However, the receptionist was very respectful and pleasant about the situation. We, certainly, will not be returning to the Quality Inn and Suites.

My wife hates poor carpeting. Room and the rest of the hotel had dirty, old carpeting. Furniture in suite was also in poor condition. Slight smell but tolerable. Internet connection slow at night. A bit noisy too. Definitely would not stay again.

iI DID NOT LIKE LOCATION PEOPLE WERE IN THE HALLWAY SCREAMING FROM ROOM TO ROOM. I HAD TO DRY MY CLOTHES THREE TIME AND SPENT TO MUCH MONEY AND DID NOT GET REFUNDED. POLICE DETECTIVES WAS ALL IN THE HOTEL THEN I REALIZE I WAS AT THE WRONG HOTEL WITH MY KIDS. SO,MY NIGHT WAS VERY RESTLESS.

The room was great for this type of hotel. The staff knew it was booked but they handled it poorly. The hotel itself was great and although the people were friendly, the way they handled the amount of people who were there was disappointing. The hotel was sold out but I had to wait over an hour to get my room. I was also late for the event I was attending.

In a pinch, this worked, but probably would avoid staying there again. We were attending a convention at the DCU and needed a room big enough for 4 adults and a teen, and since the hotels close to the DCU were full and Quality had suites, we grabbed it. The room was grubby, and although I'd asked for a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. The pull-out couch had tears in the cushions and upon pulling it open, was full of crumbs and sagged in the middle. The queen size beds were comfy, but the pillows were not good for support (bring your own). The full size kitchen appliances were a mystery (do suites in a hotels usually have full size appliances?) until we found out that the Inn also has some kind of program for homeless people. The complementary "Breakfast" of powdered eggs and stuck waffles while competing with the long term guests was uncomfortable, but a couple of muffins on the fly worked when we didn't have time to go to any of the numerous restaurants along the strip. I was a place to sleep when you're so exhausted that you don't care. Period.

I stayed there for 2 nights with my business partner and one other person. They messed up our reservations. So we had to upgrade to a more expensive room. The kitchen wasn't stocked with cooking utensils. When I called the front desk I was not helped. I went to the front desk and was told we wouldn't be charged due to the 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. That guarantee was also posted right there. They switched rooms for us. The second room was filthy and the sofa bed was bent and broken. Upon check out we were told that was untrue. The woman was very rude about it as well. After talking to the manager he said he would only charge us for one night. I later discovered that my credit card was charged for both nights. The manager and owner both refused to talk to me about the situation. I had to call the corporate complaint line to get this resolved. Not a quality inn.

I booked a non smoking room; but the first room reeked of smoke so they moved me to another which smelled musty. The musty smell came from the shower wall which was covered with mold. I asked that this be cleaned; but it never was. When the guest above me took a shower the third morning I was there, I discovered the reason for the mold, the pipes were leaking and water was dripping from my ceiling, probably collecting behind the wall. I alerted the staff, who were very apologetic; but didn't offer to do anything about it. A friend also stayed one night in this hotel and both of the rooms she looked at also had a musty smell, although no visible mold. The street is full of potholes and it is located down the street from some sort of rehab center; so it doesn't feel very safe to walk around. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and would have moved had there been vacancies anywhere else.

Nothing. Dirty rooms, rooms not always made up, never cleaned while we were there. This is not what I would expect of a Quality Inn. Poorly managed. Should be classified as an economy hotel.

I enjoyed the very pleasant staff and the big rooms. Free parking, breakfast included, complimentary high speed internet. It is not too far from downtown. Great hotel.

Room was on 2nd floor, down 2 corridor and up a flight of stairs no elevator. Do not send any one there, very bad when we went to our room the desk clerk was kind of rude.

I booked a suite for a weekend in July and I was very suprised by the space and the amenities in the room. The front desk staff was really helpful planning our weekend for us. I will be back soon

The place is in the middle of no where, the room I stayed in was disgusting!! Stains on the carpet, nasty oder, stained towels etc...not to mention I got billed TWICE for this room

Beds were very comfortable; in-room wireless was a plus. Breakfast room was kind of dirty; could have used more lighting. A clean but unspectacular place to spend the night.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the fact that there were 3 beds in one room. There was no service. Housekeeper did not speak English. The person I was with was handicapped there was no access from outside door. So had to use stairs to get to the room. Had a lot of problems with the key cards. Never received towels or soap. It was never cleaned for our 2 day stay. There was a fight outside my door. Staff was very abrupt and overworked. The house keeper couldn’t help me as she didn’t speak English.

My parking spot was right outside my hotel room. The room smelled musty and like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. This hotel was alright.

Nothing. Smell and appearance. This hotel is the worst hotel I've stayed in all my years of Traveling. This hotel is definitely a 1 star hotel if even. The hotel room reeked of old smoke, the sheet were dirty. There was a dead bug in one of the pillow cases. The hotel is on a back bumpy road secluded roam, it not well lit and the room had a small crawl space window.

"A very spacious hotel with huge rooms, full kitchens. We had our kids with us and it was great. They had waffles for breakfast as well."
