No Maid service while I was there. Needed clean towels and the on duty staff shared that I needed to come to the front office because he was the only one on duty.

It fit my budget and the staff were great! For the price it was fine

Rooms were dingy and not clean at all - cobwebs, paint chips, dead bugs on floor. They appear to be trying to go through remodeling but we clearly were not in a remodeled room. Too much $$ for the room. They advertise free wifi but we were unable to get on-line in our room because the strength was too low. They had an article in the room about why one shouldn't pay attention to negative hotel/motel reviews which seemed a bit desparate.

The staff was friendly on arrival and departure. The room was great, so there was no need to contact them otherwise. My only complaint is that there was only one waste basket. I am sure I would have gotten one easily if I had asked for another. Both the bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows (also comfy). There was a TV in the seating area and bedroom as well. We did not go to the complimentary breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel has a good location and a pleasant lobby. The staff did not know much about the area and could not answer any questions we asked. Also, the ameneties are very basic i.e. they have the USA Today each morning, but you must go to a nearby gas station to buy a local paper; there is only local television, no cable available; there are very few ice or vending machines and they are not centrally located to the rooms; the telephone books in the rooms AND at the FRONT DESK are 2 years old! The host for the morning breakfast buffet was very friendly and kept the buffet filled and assisted with the waffle iron. The drain in the bathtub did not work and the towel bar fell off the wall, but the management attended to the problem in a timely manner and left completed work orders for both in the room. Internet service was available, but you had to call the front desk to get a password and no information was provided on the services card in the room. We would stay here again, but we would not expect any frills. Towels and hot water were plentiful.

Great view of pool and gardens. Seems to be an older building. It was great for my needs, a place to stop over and rest for the night.

Was in town for business. Suite offered more than ample work space & wireless internet worked fine. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very large with a whirlpool tub. Outdoor pool looked beautiful but I didn't have time to use it. Near lots of restaurants.

Door was difficult to open: stuck in frame, no room light when entering (no bulb).

This is a budget hotel. We only needed a bed to sleep in while we traveled to Philly for the Tut exhibit, so we got what we paid for. Breakfast was okay, bed was comfortable, staff okay. Pool was nice but too cold to swim in!

I was very happy with staying at Quality Inn and Suites in Wilmington, Delaware. The beds were new and comfortable and lots of great restaurants were near by. And the best yet no tax in Delaware!

They cleaned up the room after hours for me. The room was not as clean as it was when I stayed before. This was the second time that I stayed at this particular hotel. My husband was not satisfied with the room. We had the suite last time and this was really a step down. I felt that the room served its purpose but I will not stay again. They need to paint and fix the sidewalks. Also, the beds were not comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful! Everything was extremely clean.I especially enjoyed the landscaping. The staff was friendly and they were always around to check up on us and make sure all was ok. We enjoyed our stay---very relaxing! We were a little disappointed to find the staff failed to tell us of the special events happening at the hotel.-ex.we did not know about the open grill and refreshments on Tuesdays.Other than that ,I was pleased to find many accomadations more convenient for us.[The hotel towels and the music provided by the poolside were very refreshing and made my day more comfortable and relaxing.] We look forward to our next trip! Thanks!!

First the deskchair was broken, so I had to sit on an armchair. Then the hi-speed access was pathetic; I complained but was told it goes slow when lots of people use it. So lots of people must have been using it from 4pm-10pm and at 6 am the next morning. I suggested I could move to a room closer to the signal, but was told it was the same in all rooms. I ended up using dial-up.

Conveniently located near shopping mall and restaurants. Room wasn't quite as comfortable. A little smaller than I like.

Location, convenience. Poor staff, not friendly. I have stayed at the Quality Inn before and it does the job. It is located in a great area in the brandywine valley which is their biggest asset.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything. This hotel was in a good location for us and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an unexpected ice storm overnight and woke up to find our vehicle totally covered in ice. The staff had ice scrapers available in a big basket in the office for anybody who needed one. That was above and beyond. Great stay!

The room size was very good. They gave us the wrong room and almost were charge twice. It was a good hotel would not use it as a long stay just good enough for one night.
