Room was odorous of mildew and carpets were dirty. Matress needed to be discarded. Hallways and elevator was filthy

manager nice/informative, great location. Cleaning staff apparently didn't mop and room needs maintenance. Manager was very nice and informative about area. Great Location and very nice looking hotel. Room needed some maintenance especially bathroom and bathroom needed cleaning/mopping or new cleaning crew but overall was a nice room.

We were there for the storm ..and we have gotten nice clean rooms we had got 2 rooms and there were roomy and i would recomend it to eveyone..very nice staff and we were there 3days..i would stay again..

Comfortable and friendly. Extra fee for pet. The stay was excellent. Very comfortable and friendly staff. The location was perfect and convenient. The breakfast was delicious.

Stayed there last summer. Looked nice from the outside. Room was plain awful. They offered me a $5.00 refund when checking out in the morning.

The room was musty with mildew on the ceiling in the bedroom and the bathroom. One clerk on duty during check-in with 5 people waiting on him to check in. Thin walls with too much noise coming from the neighbors.

Nothing. Pool closed, door didn't lock, light went out, smelled rundown. The room was smelly, the drapes tattered. The lock did not work. The lights went out during the night. My son was freaking out. The pool was not open. We were very disappointed.

"The picture on this website is not what you get. Hotel is motel style with exterior doors that are drafty and don't close well. Dirty carpet, dirty room, Hwy noise very loud due to lack of insulation in older construction. Constant noise thoughout the night. This is definately not a *** star hotel. Ambivalent staff."

Hotel had a security guard who patroled parking lot all night. Very inconvenient for travelers with young children.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had cereal, juice, buiscuts and eggs- a waffle maker would be a great addition. The danish were great and they offered skim and 2% milk. The evening reception provided friendly atmosphere - beer and cokes were offered along with a limited snack. Ice cream and popcorn were provided each evening. The pool looked like a nice feature. All rooms are exterior halls. My only complaint was that one morning they ran out of orange juice, another morning there were no tea bags.

As soon as we walked in the door we were politely greeted, the breakfasts in the morning were awsome. The bathtub did not drain, and the light was out in the bathroom. I think this was one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed in.

"Tiny room, tiny bathroom with broken light. Bed terrible and stiff. Rooms are exterior rather than interior hallway as the pic might suggest. I think perhaps there was some mixup and the other reviewers are reviewing some other hotel, because this one is plain bad, and felt dangerous."

Nothing. Everything from the rude womanat the front desk to the room. This hotel shouldn't even be allowed to have their doors open. In this day and time there is no reason for a hotel to be so nasty or have rude people working the front desk.

"I made my reservation online thru Hotel-Guides.us. Upon arrival, with my 3 children in tow, I was told by the manager that he did not have my room. That my reservation did not matter. He was rude and unhelpful. We had to stay somewhere else."

Location. Needs some updating and remodeling. OK, but not outstanding. Referring to building. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
