The breakfast lady was friendly. The front desk people were unfriendly. The overall review is not a good one. The premises were dirty. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. The front desk claimed that the room was non-smoking. We had to change rooms and it was very inconvenient. The bed was comfortable. The fitness room was good. I would not recommend this hotel. Someone in Vermont.

The hotel is old and dirty. The Internet only worked in the lobby. The manager was elusive.

Spacious room and a convenient location. Desk clerk didn't respond to several calls/ room was ice cold upon arrival. Nice size room and convenient location, but desk clerk was not at his post, but finally showed after 5 minutes; not a good first impression. Room was ice cold upon arrival, and took almost 1/2 hour to warm up. Good selection of restaurants close.

This Quality Inn was like the Four Seasons compared to the Super 8 where we initially had reservations to stay, sight unseen. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, not bad for needing a room close to Litchfield, CT.

It was clean. Walls are too thin, furniture is uncomfortable and remoted didn't work. While the decor was nice the bed was not comfortable. No sitting chair. Just a desk chair. Not all channels for TVwere available. I don't mean pay channels. I will look for another motel for next year.

Hotel decor is tired. All outside rooms so bags have to be pulled up to 2nd floor if you arrive late. Pleasant staff.

Staff friendly and wanted to please us. Staying on 2nd floor and roofers working at 7am. Original room dirty looking/stained, roofers working on roof above us at 7am-we were very unhappy. staff was quick to apologize, change us to a family suite. new room was nice. the staff and room exceeded our expectations. based on the second half of the stay, would recommend and return.

I stayed at this property and it was not a good experience the reviews must have been a faux but i travel frequently and this is not a Quality Inn Looks like a side of the road motel. i asked to stay in there ""nicer"" rooms and was told it was a high price upgrade. Severe changes needed

Clean, comfortable, great waffles! Had a fire in one of the rooms but was minimally disruptive to us. Good location; clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast in the morning.

Friendly staff, improved continental breakfast. Noisy guests, (police called), grubby exterior fittings. No problems with the room, it was clean and free from smells although the carpeting felt sticky. All the plumbing worked and bed was comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast room was a new feature, clean, good staff and food selection. The hotel does appear to attract a fairly rowdy Saturday night crowd, and there was a disturbance that required the police to be called. Overall, good value in a convenient location to Lime Rock raceway.
