We came to the hotel after a long hot day at six flags and wanted to get into the pool. The pool was full of kids from a youth group so we didnt get to use it, but it did look nice. Our room was also right beside the pool so it was very noisy because the hotel doors were outside. Also a kid decided to play basketball right outside our room early in the morning and we could hear every bounce of the ball. The fitness center was out of order during our visit. Breakfast had cereal, muffins, and bagels. Only 2 apples were left when we went. Apple juice, orange juice and coffee. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and the beds were compfy. The bathrooms were very clean but had poor lighting. The free wireless was awesome and came in very handy. I was impressed with the room and the hotel served its purpose, we just needed a place to stay and relax after six flags. The hotel would have been perfect if it wernt for the the crowded pool and having the doors outside instead of having inside access! 3 out of 5 stars!

The convenience of where the hotel was located. The pool was very nasty. It had green slime all over it. It had trash floating in it. Overall the hotel was great. The pool was nasty, but I do understand that it is April and they may not have started there cleaning for the season yet. Besides that the room was clean and very comfortable.

Poor continental breakfast, night staff was less than helpful. Not comparable to other Quality Inns I have stayed at. Breakfast was cold cereal and muffins. Had to pay extra for a cot. Overall, disappointed in quality of this place.

Customer service. The outlets in the room were too loose and I couldn't plug in laptop.
