The Quality Inn Richfield was GREAT. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant onsite had very good food at reasonable prices. The facilities are family oriented and we plan to visit again.

Great pool, great rates, clean room. Front desk staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, seemed bored.

I came with my family to the hotel and had a great time. They had an excellent family package that included dinner, pictures with batman, acarade, dj ,dancing, put-put, and a jumping machine. The staff was really nice and well prepared for all the people that were there. I will definitely be back next year.

We liked the pillows and bed. The hotel was too empty and the stores were very far away. It was a good room, but the shower was not too good and it was noisy.

This hotel is great!!! Very friendly staff and nice quiet atmosphere. The rooms were very nice. The food was excellent, the head chef came to our table just to make sure everything was to our liking, and it was!!! Beautiful pool area, overall great place to stay.

This hotel has not been updated since the 70's, the bathrooms are at least 30 years old with green mold under the faucet control, toilet seat was also disgusting. We were put into what was supposed to be a non smoking room. It was really a room that had been a smoking room for years and had been given a recent deep cleaning, which didn't work, the hole from a cigarette in the sheet was really disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel, luckily we only stayed there one night.

Convenient to Cuyahoga National Forest. Entrance D did not lock. Made use of the in-room microwave and refrigerator. The room and hotel met all my expectations.

This was our groups return visit from a previous bad experience and the manager kicked part of our group out for NO reason whatsoever. The staff at this facility is OUTRAGEOUS!!

Friendly staff and good location. Cleanliness was lacking. This is the first place I've ever had to request that someone come clean the bathroom. They sent someone immediately, & the bath was cleaned very quickly. I don't know if it was a matter of the cleaning staff shirking on a room at the end of the day, or if cleanliness issues are present in more places. But except for the bath issue, the hotel was attractive, clean & overall a good experience.

It was well priced for what it was. The Internet connection was nearly non-existent. I travel very frequently for work. This hotel was not very good at all. The Internet connection, when I could actually get one, lasted twenty minutes on average. I then spent (literally) an hour to an hour and a half trying to reconnect each time I lost the signal. The restaurant is terrible! My co-worker, who I was to meet for breakfast, waited 25 minutes to be asked for a drink order. Then, he waited 15 more minutes for the drink to be delivered. We don't really know how long it would have taken for food. We simply didn't have the time to wait and see how long it would have been. The one other time we did eat at the restaurant, we found that the food while very hot was bland and overpriced. The rooms are standard. They are clean but, not surprisingly; don't offer much in the way of amenities. At this price, I wouldn't expect much and it delivers just that. I wouldn't stay here again and I wouldn't encourage anyone else to either.

Clean with lots of activities within the premise. How the shower worked. The hotel was clean and staff was professional. The only issue we had was with the shower. The temperature would not maintain a constant temperature, it would continue to fluctuate between hot and cold making taking a shower very unpleasant.

Price only. 25.00 pet charge even though we had a cage. Not very clean, not enough towels staff very short with us.
