Had a great stay. All aspects of the hotel pretty good. Perfect of course not, but overall very enjoyable. Staff and room where very nice. Will return to this hotel next year.

Room we stayed in was very large, hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. High speed internet connection was poor, location was not as good as expected.

Excellent walking distance from the public beach access. Convenient amenities within the room. Great sized room compared to other hotels I've stayed with. Fantastic complementary breakfast each morning. Indoor pool conveniently open until 10pm each night. I definitely recommend this place.

"The hotel was going through a major renovation. All new furniture, rugs. Bathroom was ok, ours was missing the washcloth bar in the shower and side of sink had the old laminate still on it. It was convenient to the nice clean Dewey Beach (1/2 mile walk); could walk to Rehoboth boardwalk, they say 1 mile walk, more like 2 and on the sand. Family friendly, staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and took pride in their work, which is getting rare these days. A nice few day stay."

Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Limited parking in front. Had to park out back, and it was pouring rain. Very nice hotel. Extremely clean. Front desk people went out of their way to answer questions.

"When signing in, I was presented with a policy indicating no early checkouts. It was late, we'd driven 2 hours and there were no vacancies elsewhere. There seemed to be no alternative. It was coercive. Then one of my children was sick and we needed to check out early but were forced to pay the entire bill. This is unfair"

Room was large, nice and clean. I was not familiar with Rehoboth beach, thought location was on beach. Rooms and staff were nice - room was large, beds were comfortable - nice size bathroom. Comes with typical breakfast. Having never been to Rehoboth thought hotel was closer to beach, boardwalk.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a deal for Rehobeth in the summer and within walking distance to the Bottle & Cork. Would stay again.

There was lots of pillows! The pool was small. We were only there one night, but our kids really enjoyed their own beds!

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean and pretty, and we got a good deal. You'd think it would be a hike to the beach & to shopping, the way they describe their location, but it really isn't... our car didn't move for four days."

Staff was very nice, clean, close to the beach. Breakfast could have had more selections. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The accommodations were what I expected. Would definitely go back!

Location, cleanliness, indoor pool, great staff. Heated pool was cold, kids ran up/down halls late at night. The hotel was located admits a lot of activities to do around town. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any information needed about activities and locations around town. We'll definitely stay there again.

It was just very nice. Bathroom was a little small. It was clean. Everyone was friendly. Pool was not warm enough for comfortable swimming. Continental breakfast was very nice.

It was clean and consistent. We asked for the indoor pool and area to be warmer (thermostat read 67). We heard from staff "yes", but after 3 day, no change in thermostat temp. The pool area was consistent at 67 degrees. The first day, we asked for it to be warmer. We received apologies and they reported compliance. The third day we were there the pool seemed just as cold and the thermostat read again at 67. The breakfast bagels and Danish were experientially old each morning. Other that that, we were in good company and it served our purpose. The rooms were clean and the coffee was readily available.
