Location was not bad. I have asked for a room with view and balcony but they charged me extra for that. Their rate was too high for the service they have provided; their rating was not even 1 star.

This was a very good place to stay with a pet. They have patio doors out to grassy areas from the downstairs rooms which makes taking them out for walks very convenient. I was disappointed in the fact that they are listed in the travel website guide as not charging a fee for pets, but their fee is the same as all the other hotels, and they do charge more then the other similar hotels in the area to begin with. The convenience factor for the extra access outside was worth it. The staff was helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. The staff was very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful! The staff was very rude to us from the moment we got to the hotel. They acted like we were intruding and they seemed irritated that we were even there. When we checked in, we requested extra towels and a new bedspread- their response was "we cleaned the room before you got here, you don't need new linens." however, they did say they would send up some extra towels. About an hour later, they still had not sent any towels, so we called and requested them again. This time they said, "you need to come down here and get your own towels." the "beach access" is actually about a mile away, unless you want to visit the harbor. Clearly misstated. The room was clean and sufficient, though not "large" as the description stated. Again, we want to stress the attitude of the staff, how they were not kind, helpful, or friendly. We noticed only one person who even smiled at us. As we were checking out, we were asked how our stay was; we responded "it was okay." the girl at the counter ignored us and handed us our bill without a word. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. Service was non-existent.

Very rude management, we were unable to cancel reservation, had to pay for one night even though we did not stay. We had been told the property had been remodeled and that information is NOT correct the drapes in the room we looked at had holes, the bathtub had water standing in it and the room and entire property looked shabby and run down. We have never been treated so disrespectfully. Stay anywhere but not here!
