Motel with outside entry to rooms. In need of cosmetic maintenance...Room number plaque was missing on my room, 1st floor walkway lights were out, TV in original room did not work, AC could not cool the room.

Cleanliness & convenience. Somewhat cramped & bad TV reception. This is a good hotel for business travel. Somewhat comfortable, but a bit cramped in places, TV reception and cable selection was very limited.

We had to change rooms as our first one was very smelly and had what appeared to be dog poop on the carpet. The second room was still smelly so I think that is just how it is there. I would not stay here again. Beds were hard, however the bathroom was quite nice. Location was great though. Not a very good value for the money at all. Glad we only stayed one night.

Staff was very friendly, and the room was nice and clean. Spacious too and it had a full kitchen, which was a nice surprise. I'll stay again!

The property was somewhat difficult to see from the street because of a lack of signage. The room was clean, comfortable. I would stay there again.

Location. The sheets were clean but worn out! I had to have them changed. They put me in a smoking room. There were burns on the carpet and bed pad. The sheets were stained and worn out. They had been washed but still not something I want to sleep on.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and had a positive experience. However, that was before Quality Inns acquired the property. I recently spent 30 miserable days and nights there, only because I had prepaid the reservation. The hotel is still a comfortable place to stay, but the staff is atrocious. My TV remote worked fine, but only after I had purchased new batteries for it. The hotel apparently doesn't supply batteries. The towel rack fell off the wall whenever I tried to hang a towel on it. I asked for maintenance, waited a few days and purchased a screw driver and fixed it myself. Ditto the shower curtain rod. Out of 30 days, housekeeping failed to show up on five of them, despite calls to the front desk. Never again!

My biggest complaints are about the breakfast and the maid service. It isn't a hot breakfast, unless you consider oatmeal as making it a hot breakfast. There wasn't much in the way of selection regarding the muffins or bagels. In addition, the first day they never restocked so there were even less options. Very disappointed. They never replaced my shampoo. I was there 5 days and somehow they expected me to use that one tiny bottle for the whole week. I should have to ask that they put a new bottle on the counter - most places do it automatically. My only complaint about the room itself was that it was totally outdated and was in a desperate need of remodeling. Since this place has changed ownership I'm hoping they do a remodel.

I loved that it had a mini kitchen with fridge and sink and microwave. the only bad thing i could say is that it was kinda small, but it wasnt a problem for me. It was easy to check in. I loved the cute little room. It had a very very big bed and great channels on the TV. My favorite was the mini kitchen with fridge, sink and microwave. It was just perfect. I will be going back!

My first review and Quality Inn deserves it. Room was remodeled. Linens were new. The room smelled fresh and clean. Shower was wonderful. The fridge was a nice touch. Everything was hassle free and peaceful. LOVED IT!!!!!!

This is one of the best deals and quality for the price!! We will definatly be back. The only very little problem we had is we like the room very cold (my husband is like a polar bear) and couldn't get the air cold enough. We normally turn on the air as soon as we get there, to start cooling off the room, but we forgot and left to go to an event and got back late. Other than our stupidity, we had a wonderful relaxing getaway. This is the best deal. Very roomy. Would be good for a family too.

Location. Carpet was dirty and worn, the cabinets were old, out dated and rickety. I can see that it is being updated, but it needs more than a new coat of paint and counter tops.

The hotel was convenient to the Plano Medical Center for our daughter's surgery. Easy to get in and out. It had a small kitchen area, nice large bath, cable T. V., internet access and a good bed. It was also close to places to eat. All of this at a very low cost by today's standards. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, roomy, very clean. No swimming pool. The hotel is a little hidden behind some other buildings, but good service, and a nice room.

I liked that it had a kitchen like area. I didn't like that the bathroom door was broken and the toilet stopped up. Everything was great except the bathroom door and the stopped up toilet. I would definitely stay again though.

Newer, clean, in nice area, had kitchenette. Poor selection of cereals for breakfast. Would have liked a whole grain cereal such as bran flakes or something. The staff was friendly & very helpful. I enjoyed the accommodations. It was nice to have a fridge & microwave in our room so we could eat in there when necessary.

It was right by a hospital. Idid not like anything about the hotel. The sheets were dirty and it took 2 hours to get new ones, theAC was out in my room and when I complained about it around 8:00 my family and I were not put into another room unit after midnight.

The rooms are clean and the facilities are well maintained. The rooms are very small. I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago but then it was an economy extended stay type hotel with full cooking facilities in the rooms. Now that Quality Hotels has taken over, they have completely renovated the rooms and removed the stove top so in room cooking is no longer an option but they left the full size refrigerator and microwave so storing and reheating leftovers was very convenient.

The bed, not clean and not very convenient area. The bed was awful, the room was not very clean, the service was poor at best, the breakfast was nearly gone when we arrived not even 1/2way into serving times, and the employee that should have filled the foods looked and kept walking. There is so much more but I just can't ear to rehash our miserable time there - luckily it was only one night.
