Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Pool in disrepair. Kids were excited about swimming, but told the pool was closed for various reasons. Front desk staff was not very helpful. Most rooms were empty during our stay. Due to quality of service, not surprised. House keeping staff was wonderful. Hotels rooms were clean. Not very kid friendly. Front desk staff was not very helpful.

Excellent customer service, very clean and super continental breakfast. Homemade waffles fresh eggs & Sausage! Hotel bar was closed early. Staff was courteous and polite, lobby was clean and inviting. Room was nice and clean, excellent attention was made for the guest; hairdryer, iron and board, coffee pot with coffee and free wireless! The best part of our stay was the continental breakfast they had homemade waffles, fresh cooked eggs and sausage, bagels with cream cheese, toast, cereal and plenty more. Truly a great breakfast and stay!

Good variety breakfast, neat, not patched up. Better guides for TV channels & programs. Easy to find, neat, good breakfast, clean facility, very economical, surprised at the room for the price.
