We were disappointed with the lack of quality of this "hotel". It was really a motel as the doors to the rooms were right off the parking lot. The hotel is very close to a main street and there were drunk wanderers in the parking lot on more than one occasion. We also had a problem with the tv remote control. It did not work and realized that it was the battery. The person at the front desk could not help us and told us there were no batteries. When we asked her if we would be reimbursed if we went out and bought the batteries ourselves, she did not know and did not want to call the manager at home. It was a Saturday evening around 9 pm! The free continental breakfast was crowded and there were not enough seats for all the guests. No one cleared the tables or replenished the food as needed. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was too small.

The emergency hot tub shut off button was right next to the the on switch. The water was cold because people hit the wrong awitch cover in the emergency. We were pleasantly surprized at the brightness of the lobby. That alone invited you to stay. The coffee at the continental breakfast was the best I have tasted! Although it was getting later in the breakfast hours, the staff kept the food supplies full. We will return many times over.

Location misrepresented! Actually, a renovated strip motel. Could not acommodate a 55+ senior in a frist floor room once

Convenience and comfy beds free breakfast. Climbing stairs to room we're seniors. It was fine and fit our needs.

It is NOT in the downtown district, NOT within walking distance of anything but a bowling alley, and certainly not worth the price listed, which brings it to a hundred bucks, with tax. Furthermore, even though there were only half-dozen cars in the parking lot by dark. Check-in person said 'the computer would not allow it" You would think a 'senior' discount would allow for an accommodation for an elder person... The pool and fitness room are in the fully upgraded part of the complex, where the conference rooms are. Other guests, and my teenage son and I, were clustered in rooms near the office-- rooms that have been spruced up inside, but are by no means as described in the features section. Shame on both Quailty Inn and AARP Passport! This is the thrid time I have been disappointed by use of aarp/travelocity! No more online reservations for me! I will revert to the old method of calling, and using my card to reserve on the telephone or in person.

It is not worth what I was charged for my room.

The location. Coffee rings on the table left over from someone before me not a good cleaning and one of my guests room smelled like dirty socks. This place is ok should be a little cheaper for what it is but ok for one or two nits.

Location. Dirty motel. Smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are on a strict budget.

Hot tub - breakfast great. They gave us a smoking room it was really bad. Hotel was good, location great, their pool was very cloudy. Our room was a smoking room and it really stunk, I asked if they had spray. I was told no I went out and bought and a scented candle. There was another woman in the lobby and she left because of the smoking room. I think it is very good but I do not like that they can not guarantee a non smoking room I do not think.

Continental breakfast was good. Doors to the room are on the outside. I did not like this hotel because the doors open to the outside. I have been bothered by people knowing what room I am staying in because they see me walk in.

Everything. Nothing. It was comfortable, clean and inexpensive.

Tea bags. Closet door was awkwardly placed and hard to maneuver around. Great for economy stays.

Close to my destination. Unhelpful staff. Was not able to get non smoking room or king sized bed even though it was requested on date reservation was made. Staff was unwilling to credit a charge for a movie that was not advertised to be in Spanish and was not watched.

Friendly staff. Breakfast great. Jacuzzi was cold but I don¿t fault the hotel. We had a very nice stay, I was impressed with the overall experience

Good continental breakfast. The heat was not on in the room when we arrived and it was cold! We only stayed one night, so the room was fine. Not sure I would want to stay longer than a weekend. The bathroom was small and was not heated.

The staff was very accommodating and seemed to care about my satisfaction. Maybe healthier choices for breakfast. This hotel was a great location for my business travels - it was clean and I was surprised that it was only a 2.5 star rating. The staff was great!

I would strongly recommend against using best western hotels. Had to cancel my trip because my daughter became ill and requested that I not come. Called hotel and they agreed to move my reservation.

Microwave & fridge in room! Well-appointed with basics. Minor trouble communicating with front desk/housekeeping. Would not keep me away. Clean, attractive, well-appointed with basics. Friendly staff and one of the nicest breakfasts I've seen at a hotel of this level.

Continental breakfast was good. Carpets stained, shower heads were too low. We stayed here last year at a lower price. My sister likes the rooms, but I think they look somewhat "used". Towels were very nice.
