Friends picked us up and we ate at Clear Springs Seafood -- great food and atmosphere. In checking out we found that the Quality Inn price was lower than the Orbitz price that had been charged to our credit card, but after a phone call, Orbitz credited the difference to our card. Thanks!

The young man at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms not very spacious.

This hotel is NOT 2 years old - it is much older. The lobby reaked of clorine from the pool which should have been our first clue. The carpets are filthy - the halls smell like ashtrays; breakfast is inedible. AND the rooms were as costly as the nicer hotels in town. We were unable to cancel our room after the first night so were stuck paying too much for intolerable conditions! I would never recommend this hotel!

The Quality Inn was a great place to take a load off. Especially after our Memorial Day Gaudalupe River evacuation experience. I slept like a rock in the river on that bed with the dreams washing all over me. Or maybe it was the exhaustion from the whole traumatic evacuation our party had experienced. Either way we made our own river experience in the hot tub (probably a little cleaner water). The one complaint I had was breakfast didn't run until 10 a.m. (9 a.m. actually). Final Review = thumb up! (just keep breakfast out a little later)

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large but other things detracted from our stay. The elevator was broken so we had to lug our bags up a smoky stairwell to a second floor. We were only provided 2 towels for our stay. The hot tub was very foamy with a noticeable scum line. There were no apples or bananas. The day time staff was indifferent at best.

Not worth the price. Lower your expectations - this hotel offers the most generic, most basic of amenities. The continental breakfast was the least appetizing I've experienced. The room was as minimal as it could possibly be. The shower water pressure was a trickle. Not worth the higher price over other nearby hotels.

The room was very clean, great Wi-Fi speed, good breakfast. I found nothing to dislike or complain about. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I think it was a great value for the money. The location is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good. The WiFi connection is ultra fast and came in handy to keep in touch with work.

Hotel was decent but the sheets were stained on the beds. The rest of the room was pretty clean though. With the price of the room, they should be able to afford new sheets. I would stay there again only if there were no other available hotels in New Bransfels.

Wafflemaker at breakfast. Sheets were torn. Coffeemaker in room was used and dirty when we arrived. Convenient location to historic Gruene, Texas, outlet malls, and San Marcos.

Stayed in June , going tubing down the river.close location to everything,nice large rooms,breakfast was great hot waffles.eggs,&bacon etc. Great value.

Stayed here 5/30 and it was really nice. Our room was a little noisy because of being next to the interstate and stairwell. Really nice hotel, quality room, lots of space, nice and new. Customer service was normal quality.
