Elevator not working, bathtub not draining Daily room service shows up at 8 am while you are sleeping and just comes right in, check out is noon so why do they insist on showing up sunday morning at 8 am?? The noise generated from the lounge is so loud, our room on the 2nd floor had items vibrating (mirrors, items sitting on the table),,,, the dj and individuals in the lounge were screaming so loud and the music vibrating through the walls that we could not sleep until after 3 am Sunday morning.

I used to regularly stay at this hotel when it had quality services, facilities and amenities.For no apparent reason, they've shut down their excellent restaurant. They've shut downthe very comfortable bar area with big screen TV where one could relax, watch sportsafter work, or the news in the morning before check-out or breakfast. Next, they've discontinued all Room Service from their excellent restaurant. Makes absolutely no sense.I feel sorry for all the quality employees who worked there. They have a hotel "courtesy" van but refuse to use it to take guests anywhere - even down the street to the Commerce Casinoor The Citadel - before 4 p.m. Why? Try to Check-In before 3 p.m. and the front desk willnot allow it, claiming the rooms are not ready. How can NO rooms be available when Check-Out is 12 Noon? The "Non-Smoking" room I had last visit STANK like an ash tray. Elevator was broken. Sunday mornings they cater to an extremely loud religious group. Their ear-shattering wailings are the perfect noise alarm to get you out of bed and get out of this hotel. Last, but not least, they RAISED the Room Rates by 30-40%! Whoever is managing this place and made these decisions should be forced to stay in it. Maybe that experience will reverse the decline and return this hotel to the quality establishment it was just a few months ago.

The hotel location was not the best, I did drive more than I expected, but for the price was good. Their FD agents and restaurant people are great and helpful. I will go back there. I love shopping and found out that citadel outlets is just within 2 miles, and walmart and other great stores are so close too
