unremarkable stay. Although the room came with free breakfast, we preferred the hotel across the street for a nice breakfast and pleasant atmosphere.

Clean, convenient and well-located. The breakfast was substantial and much more than we expected. The room was small but thoughtfully furnished with desk space and comfortable chairs in addition to the king bed and pull-out sofa. A microwave and small fridge were provided without the temptations of a mini-bar.

Stayed here while visiting Zion. Motel room was comfortable and clean and staff most helpful. There was a problem initially with the internet connection in the room but Manager came out and attended to it immediately. Pool and hot tub great with awesome view of the mountains. Breakfast area was spotless and staff there were great, good selection of items. Shuttle bus for park stops directly outside property. All in all a very enjoyable stay

Shuttle to Zion Park in front of hotel, very convenient.Free breakfast although same menu the next day. Had mini fridge and microwave in the room and coffemaker. Quiet. Had small pool and spa but did not have chance to use. Clean. Would stay there again.

Check-in was smooth and fast. They were well prepared. Did not participate in included breakfast but it opened on time and was well attended. Breathtaking views. Clean rooms and grounds. No staff was available when checking out at 7am. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice staff! Very friendly. It was a nice clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nothing special, but very clean, and not worn down.

we rented the king suite with whirlpool tub - which was great - new tub - perfect for relaxing after hikingheard the breakfast was terrible - so we didn't attemptdead roaches - 5 of them on the floor when we got there.not enough pillows or towelsfor the amount of time we spent in room it was fine - but they could make the place much better with minimal work

This hotel is conviently located on a quiet end of town with a good restuarant and convience store nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast could use some fresh fruit options, but overall a very good experience.

Very poor, always the same breakfast, no fruit only trix fake yogurt. The room had dirty towels and pillow cases when we entered. Smelled like it has been closed for a long time. I was lucky to have carried air freshener spray that I used to make the room bearable. The bed covers were very thin and they could not give us extra blankets. The one we had was actually torn and looked old. Overall, the management seems very greedy for money. I asked if the breakfast is always the same, and she said "Yes". There was only one type of yogurt that is actually marketed for toddlers "Trix". All breads were the cheapest you could find in the store. No fresh waffles (just frozen). The employee who runs the breakfast room, has to do the laundry too. So you could see how busy she is. the pool does not open until may and there is no exercise room on site.

I liked this hotel. Cozy feel, clean room. Not enough parking.

Cleanest room that I've ever seen. Continental breakfast was virtually non-existent. Microwave did not work, food ran out. Nice location, extremely clean room. Don't count on getting the breakfast. Free internet was handy for sending fresh pictures from Zion to friends and family. They were jealous that much sooner! Great room for two people. Hauling luggage up the stairs was a pain. Try to get a ground level room.

Location and entertainment. It was what I expected nothing was disappointing. The hotel was an excellent value for the money. I would reccommend it and would stay there again.

Very accomodating to our needs. Overall, there was nothing to dislike. Being near the entrance to Zion National park was the number one reason we stayed there. The staff was very friendly in local restaurants and other venues to partake-in.

Located extremely close to Zion National Park. Convenient shuttle service. No comment. Hotel exceeded expectations. Absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Surrounded by beautiful scenery. Service was excellent. Breakfast included every day.

The size was perfect, small enough to feel comfortable, the room was ideal and well appointed. We found the breakfast room quite sterile and not very inviting. The Montclair is a welcoming, clean, well-appointed small hotel set adjacent to the most stunning park in the southwest US. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful view of mountains from patio in front of room. The clothes dryer in the laundry room was not working. Excellent accommodations conveniently located near a shuttle stop providing access to all of Springdale's amenities and to Zion National Park without the need to get back into your vehicle until it's time to leave. That's a vacation!

Location was excellent, the price very affordable, the staff very helpful. The air conditioner was very loud. The Rodeway Inn in Springdale, UT is a clean, affordable place to rest after a busy day of hiking and enjoying the nearby Zion National Park. You can leave your car at the hotel and use the local shuttle that travels right by the hotel about every 8 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to just about anyone.

The staff was extremely rude and we cut our stay short. The rudeness of the front desk staff cannot be described.Do yourself a favor and do not stay there.
