The Comfort Inn of Menomonie is located at exit 45 off I-94. The hotel has 61 spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel also features an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, fitness room, guest laundry, besides serving a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast every morning. Each of our rooms are equipped with an oversized, overstuffed leisure chair, iron/board, coffee maker, plus many extras. We are only 2 blocks from the Wal-Mart Distribution Center and both the 3M plant and the Anderson Window Plant are less than one mile from the hotel. Live theatre 3 miles. Pet accommodation: 15.00/night per room, 50 pounds or less, limit 2 pets per room. Hot tub will be closed for renovation until 3/7/09.

The room I was given was a smoking room which I did not prefer. Nice quite place to stay, the whirlpool suite with the king bed was very nice for the price.

we had a family doings in town and booked 5 rooms all together all rooms were dirty, left over soap in showers, toenail clippings on the floor in one room. not well kept rooms

Easy access to get to, spaced out the guests, housekeeping did not on the door early in the morning like most hotels - very nice. No refrigerator, which helps with kids and no microwave - just in the lobby. Good for staying a short time or for business. Room was clean, smelled nice, and good shower pressure.

The room was very spacious and open. The hot tub had a light switch on the other side of the room. Overall, the experience was pleasant. I was disappointed with the light switch for the hot tub. Other than that, the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

The whirlpool tub. The cleanliness, the dirty bed, the price for the room, too noisy (next to interstate). Not a good hotel. I've stayed at motels better than this. It should be a crime to take people's money for that service and hotel conditions.

Housekeeping below par. Average to slightly above average. Room was clean, but bed not fully made on one day and one wash cloth wasn't replaced another day.

I did not like anything. The food was terrible (rotten), roof had tarps on it, and the toilet was not screwed down. I have never stayed at a motel this terrible! The beds were falling apart, gum on the carpet, toilet not screwed down on one side and light bulbs were burned out. The breakfast was not good either. Flies were everywhere. The fruit was rotten and the bread moldy! I will never stay at a comfort inn again. How can you trust that name any more? We had booked the room for 2 nights but had to find another motel for the second night. The maids said that nobody ever stays for the second night!

The bird poop all over my car from the bird nests all around the building. This hotel was fairly convenient for our plans. However, the staff was not very pleasant. We asked for extra pillows and we received one but the other one was never delivered to our room. The most frustrating part of the stay was the mess on the car due to all the bird nests on the side of the building. Thank God there is a car wash next to the hotel. We immediately washed our car! I do not plan on staying at this facility again!

Friendly staff she deserved an award - was working alone on a very busy evening. Staff was working alone doing all jobs. Checking in, laundry, serving the continental breakfast and cleaning.

Dirty and too busy for 1 person at front desk alone. Our hotel room was very dirty. Coffee pot had 2 moldy filters in it. Took 8 hours to get an extra blanket.Ran out of tiolet paper Friday night and had to wait until sat. morning before we could get some because the 1 person at the front desk was too busy also they closed the breakfast time early.

Breakfast was great and many different items to choose from. Great breakfest- always had everything stocked and with many different thing to choose from. That was nice that it was not just bagels and muffins. Rooms were clean.

The beds creaked and were very uncomfortable. The hotel rooms were not clean and the beds sagged and were uncomfortable.
