The service was great at the hotel. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. The pool was nice and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I would stay here again.

Helpful staff. Air conditioner didn't work very well and it got hot in the night.

I have stayed here three times for business, one night each time. Each of these visits was quite satisfactory--friendly service, clean and quiet room, everything in working order, no problems. One minor issue--the property puts a small fee on your bill for use of the room safe even if you have not used it. They remove it at check out upon request, but it is an inconvenience when one just wants to quickly check out.

The room had all the amenities and the breakfast was unbelievable. The internet directions to the hotel were terrible - we were lost - not the hotel's fault. I would definitely stay here again. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we could need - fridge, microwave and blow dryer etc. The continental breakfast was unbelievable - we were so surprised.

This hotel was my family's first experience in Washington. When I searched for hotels to celebrate the Independence day of America, I didn't believe other people's reviews over the internet ,even though the reviews were excellent compared to the hotel rates and prices. But, I learned the fact that the owner cared his customers very much. For example, for breakfast ,they provided a lot of varieties. There were 4 sets of lamps in a room and the beds were clean.

The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. We liked the hotel and everything was fine with our visit. It was perfect for us and had a great little breakfast in the morning. We didn't like the town of Longview and felt that it was a scary place. We were happy to leave!

The Pros ? Location was adequate as we were in town to visit Mount St. Helens. Wireless Internet access was very nice and convenient. The Cons ? The pipes rattled very loudly when the people next door turned on the tub water. The toilet seat was dingy, the towels were old and the bathroom needed better lighting. The best lighting came from the heat lamp but you had to set a timer to turn it on each time.

Convenient and friendly. Drab and room layout - dark. This hotel was as comfortable as it could be considering the age of the place. It suited my needs, but if I were on vacation travel, and staying for longer than one or two nights, I would look for something better.

Was a nice place. Clean comfortable room the pillow top bed was great! I must say the continental breakfast was one of the best I have seen offered. I did have a few small miner details I did not care for. If paying for your room with cash you have to put a $* deposit. They charge you $* for the use of the safe in the room. I was told to let them know at ckeckout time If I did not use the safe and the money would be refunded. It was not. I was given my $* deposit back. Overall the stay was very nice.

It was fairly easy to get to. The girl at the front desk was very aloof even when I went to ask for extra towels. Just not very friendly on the phone from the get-go and from there on; put a bad taste in my mouth from the start. It's really true that first impressions are so important when you are at the front desk. Our room door would stick about a half a foot from closing. We really had to shove it to get it closed. The pool was also very small. I would not give this hotel anything above a 2.0 rating.

"My wife and I were making a trip from Poulsbo, Wa to Cook, Wa and decided to stop overnight in Longview, Wa. I had stayed at the Ramada Inn before and remembered that the hotel and service was great. The staff recommended an Italian restaurant which was superb . I like this motel because of the great service, freindly staff. The room was clean and in good order. being located in a quit it is located close to "

The continental breakfast and the price. The pool, the location, the coffee. Good for a quick stay where you are not spending a lot of time at the facility. Good continental breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and presentable establishment.

The hotel was located right off the freeway making it easy to find. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was very small and the fan didn't appear to work. Some of the channels listed were not available on the TV. Overall I was quite pleased with the room. It was clean and the hotel was very quiet. The staff were outside the main entrance when I arrived smoking which was unprofessional.

It had a fantastic pool. The stairs were awkward from the street. Employee smoking made the entrance unpleasant. I would stay there again.
