The hotel itself was slightly lacking:: the guest amenity book in the room was out of date and the television stations listed were wrong. Also, the restaurant that was in walking distance of the hotel was recently out of business, so you were stuck with the generic continental breakfast. However, the hotel offers a free ride within a 3 mile radius and the drivers were exceedingly accomodating and all around nice, genuine people. Actually, the friendliiness of the staff far outweighed any inconvenience caused by the other issues. Also, the bed was not overly comfortable, but the room was clean and the location was excellent. I enjoyed my stay!

The rooms were non-smoking but smell like smoke. One room had a blown light at the sink and we couldn't get it fixed. Hotel needs some work.

"The room was moderately clean, the continental breakfast was good, and most of the desk staff were helpful. However, the A/C was noisy and disrupted our sleep. Also, there was not enough hot water for everyone to take a shower. The hotel was conveniently located to Concord and the Alewife station, but I would not stay here again. "

The price was great for staying 2 nights with 8 people. The rooms were kind of small, even for 2 people, very little bedding was placed, the bathroom felt extremely claustrophobic. There weren't nearly enough towels in the morning, when we asked for more it took someone 2 hours to bring them to our room. The walls were extremely thin, we talked in normal voices, not screaming, yet our neighbor had to keep pounding on the wall for silence, we had to whisper until bed to keep the peace. I ordered a suite room, yet we each had seperate rooms with one room in between us. Considering the price however, it was overall ok. The people at the service desk were very polite and helpful. Although if given the option, I probably would not stay there again.

Roomy accommodations, friendly staff. Property was under construction. Room was a good size and was equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, chair with ottoman and a spacious desk/chair. Staff was efficient and friendly; continental breakfast was good.

The hotel was in a great area. Very easy access to the Boston area and the Minute Man trail. The hotel is a little old but still very comfortable. They had free high speed internet and great breakfast. The next time I stay in the Boston area I will stay here again.

Right location and good breakfast. There was mold in the bathroom and you can not make a left out of hotel driveway. The exterior of the hotel was okay but the hotel itself was old and worn. The staff was courteous to me but did not appear to go out of their way to do anything extra just the minimum needed. The location was very good, price was just right and the breakfast was great!

"The first room we got was filthy. There was dried vomit on the toilet. The hallways where the stairs were were disgusting and dirty. The hot tub was not at all hot. Weekend desk staff was not helpful re: the disgusting room, but the weekday staff did move us and apologize. The second room was better, but still the whole place feels rundown and dirty. The price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would NOT recommend this hotel."

Rooms are old and not that clean. The location is good, it is right next to the highway. The breakfast is great, they have a lot of choice.

Located conveniently for what we came to see. Strong odor of trash, never responded for request for towels. I would not stay at hotel again. Simply a place to sleep and shower.

The pool was nice. The surrounding area was beautiful. Staff was supportive and flexible. A bit short on towels and the bathrooms are small.

The breakfast. The cleaning staff waking us up at 8 am to clean the room. The hotel was ok (not great). Great location to Hanscom AFB which we were visiting. We were supposed to get a queen bed, but instead got two doubles. They had no rooms left with queen beds. Overall, ok and we'll probably stay there again if we visit.

The first thing to be prepared for when approaching the Quality Inn from I-95 is the fact you will have to pass it by and do a U-turn to return to the motel. A sign in front of the motel advises you of this fact. You need to go down to the next traffic light where you bear to the right just before the light. You then will be facing the light and will make a left to return to the motel. The day we arrived the jacuzzi was filled with water but not heated nor were the jets in it functioning. Other than that the Quality Inn was quite acceptable. The Inn is located approximately two miles from Lexington proper. A breakfast is included which is a nice feature for people on the go. It is open from 6:00 AM until 10:00 AM. You can make your own waffle with pre filled cups of batter. A two minute timer on the waffle iron seems to make them to perfection. I didn't try one since I'm on a low carb diet. Everything else is a carb except the fruit. Coffee and tea is available 24 hours a day and is also in your room. If you don't eat their breakfast I guess you have to go into Lexington as a restaurant in front of the motel is closed down.

Location, mini fridge in room. Not very competent staff. It was clean and well located. The frig coil was wearing out which made it hum. The key cards worked poorly and staff had to reissue 3 times before the cards would work. No staff would walk the 20 yards to check the door, help open in even though I risked being late due to the lock out.

The Quality Inn in Lexington is a nice and clean hotel and the staff is nice. There is a hot tub, but it is outside. So if you do not go during summer time, you will not be able to enjoy it.

Got a 2 room suite for very cheap. Great breakfast. The no left turn into or out of the parking lot. Outstanding service, room, and quality. The housekeepers could use some manners and learn about the knock and wait procedure not knock while entering. Overall highly recommend was a great place to stay.
