There is a lot of maintenance needed on the hotel(plumbing issues). Somewhat unkempt (older hotel with left over smoke residue) however the staff and location was very good.

The location was perfect. The bathroom faucets were loud.

The room was average, but clean. The place was very hard to find, and when I called for directions, the person over the phone seemed lost. Lots of food places around, but Id drive instead of walk. Was disappointed...the free internet signal was very weak, and when i called down for the passcode, person over the phone again, seemed lost. Breakfast was wonderful, and plenty.

it was great nice clean room. other then the fact that the fitness room all the machines in there are broke and the leg push machine broke on my leg.

Price & location, free WiFi. Breakfast was deeply standard. Place could use a refreshing. Good enough for the price. Free WiFi. Not located on/near highway but many chain restaurants nearby.

"Was there unfortunately, for a funeral. The Quality Inn suited our purposes just fine. The staff were friendly and helpful; the rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Was astonished by the abundant continental breakfasts served; that was an unexpected and welcomed treat. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again."

Satisfactory. Room was large, beds ok. Pillows dinky. Ate at their TexMex restaurant which gave 15% discount and was a good value. Breakfast make your own waffles were great. Staff was friendly. Pool had horrible hours, closed at 8. Did seem to be some good eating close by, we decided to just walk over to their restaurant to save time.

Everything but noise control. Soundproofing is poor. Too noisy for decent sleep.

"I stayed here when I could not get a good rate in DC. I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel, but had a coupon from the visitor center. Staff was great and so was the breakfast. Yes, I was on the side of the hotel that faced the train and it goes by often, but I never really noticed it. it was a short distanace into Washington DC so that made it worth the stay."

I was expecting the hotel to be on the trashy side because I am from around the area and most hotels it are the 'by the hour' kind... BUT The room was quiet, beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I needed to get checked in quickly as the get away was a surprise for my better half and had to get the room set up. The lady at the front desk made sure to let me know when he arrived and also helped make the evening special by wishing him a happy birthday and having a key waiting for him. I am very paranoid about hotel rooms not being clean so I checked everything carefully. I was happy to find that everything was spotless except for a piece of hair in the tub (No matter what I would have cleaned the tub myself before using it so I wasnt too upset) There was a fridge and microwave in the room as well which was not included in the room discription but was a wonderful surprise! All in all our trip was amazing and I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

Nice breakfast provided. Staff not that friendly. It was located in the downtown area. Was easy to get to the location we were visiting. Not very friendly but the room was clean and they provided breakfast prior to our leaving. Also liked that all was paid for prior to our even checking in.

"great, large, newly renovated king suite. terrible location. neighborhood is marginal; worried about our safety, especially after dark. hotel located directly on busy route 1so it was very noisy. railroad one block away had trains running often, so more noise. room overlooked aamco transmission shop and other ugly commercial businesses. "

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Halls smells. This is a good hotel, need to put deodorant in the elevator and halls.

Stayed here to attend a family funeral. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Was pleasantly surprised by the extensive continental breakfast. It was more than other hotels offer. It suited our needs.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was older and did show signs of aging. Had a pleasant stay and staff was very helpful.

Close to where I was going. Good price for the area. Staff was not very accommodating. They did eventually give my father a non-smoking room adjacent to our smoking room. One other annoyance. Several times during the stay we were bothered by a rhythmic thumping that shook the walls that was obviously of mechanical nature. It took 5 calls and a trip to the front desk to get anyone to even check on it. It turned out to be a compressor on an ice machine on the floor above. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad, but the desk staff were less than helpful.

Location. No complaints. Very nice, relaxing and near stores & restaurants.

Staff. View. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that we had what we needed for our daughter.

Rose the front desk clerk. The hotel infested with ants in the bed and the room need to purchase raid. Did not feel safe at hotel front desk clerk sleeping and the only person on duty at the hotel front door unlocked at the time. The room including the bed was infested with ants need to purchase raid to sleep. When these things were brought to the attention of the management I was treated very rudely and was made to feel the did not care. It cost almost $11 to wash and dry 1 load of clothes when told check he said the dryer was broke and had been for about a week.

Adequate for all needs. Desk staff not attentive. This hotel is great if you are traveling to the laurel area. It was affordable, clean, and convenient. It offers many amenities, and for the most part the service was good. The only real problem is certain members of the desk staff were not attentive, and rude.
