Rooms were very dirty. Hotel clerks were very unfriendly. Toilet wouldn't flush. We paid too much for the type of accomodations. We could've had better accomodations for the price we paid. I wouldn't reccommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

The front desk attendant (bobby) was VERY helpful! The bed was extremely comfortable as well! We had a great time at this hotel and I would definitely recommend to anyone going to the Lancaster PA area! For the price we paid, the hotel surpassed what we expected.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Rented (3) rooms for (1) night and all 3 were filthy. Dirty toilets, tubs and sinks. Mold in the shower and on the bathroom wall with paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling. Razor blade left in bathroom trash can. Walls and wood work filthy. Dirty (looked like toothpaste) hand towel in bathroom other towels stained. Do not stay at this motel! X was the maid responsible for our rooms. I would be ashamed to put my name on the envelope and say I cleanned the room. Pay a bit more or drive further but do not stay here.

The rooms in this motel would not pass a saftey insecption. The room had mold on the ceilling, the hot tub was crack and unleaver, the toilet paper holder was missing, the electric cover for the bathroom lights was falling off, the room was dirty, and smelly. We paid 160.00 to stay in mold. When I told the manager about it he said thank you very much. What a condensending attude! Oh breakfast was dry cearal and dounuts. How sad.

I had Diven 7.5 hours to get there in the pouring rain After working all day. When I checked in I could not wait to hit the shower Just to find out somebody allready did the bed was made but there were beer bottles and cups in the room,the toilet had been used and not flushed and a couple of towel on the floor. I took all my stuff put it back in the car drove back up front Just to here oh sorry here stay in this room next door it should be better. Thanks But that room was not that much better...

Not much. Inhospitable front desk staff. Not much quality at this Quality Inn. Originally checked into a room that was not clean/made-up. Cracker-box bathroom. No cover seat on toilet. I understand the economies of a two-star lodging, but regardless of how economical the furnishings may be, there is really no excuse for unpleasant service. It doesn't cost the operator of the hotel anything for its employees to be pleasant.

The front desk staff was friendly. My room was as follows: chips by heater,shoe left by the previous people, cheese wrapper and tissue on the floor by the bed. Table had icing on it and ice bucket had coffee on the lid. Bathroom floor had not been swept. Hair in the tub. Duty towels inside the cabinet under the sink. Chair was broken. The response of the front desk was we had prepaid for the room so there was nothing they could do. We book this motel on a on line travel website We had stay at this motel before without any problem. I just don't understand what happen this time.

This hotel has a rundown, dirty appearance. Our room was so dirty that my son's feet turned black. The carpet wasn't vacuumed, the toilet didn't flush, and there were ants and flys in the bathroom. We were provided 2 towels for a 5 person suite. When we asked for more, they said we had to go to the front desk to pick up extras. We checked out 2 days early to stay at the Courtyard Marriott. (Stay there instead!)

The Quality Inn and Suites in Lancaster is in desparate need of a good cleaning and remodeling. The bathroom floor and tub were dirty when we arrived and were not cleaned through our stay. The toilet ran unless we took the lid off and did some plumbing. The bottom of the bathroom door was in shreds. There was a closet in the room but it had no doorknob. There were spiders in the room. A pipe in the storage room next to ours broke and made a huge mess on the walkway in back. The garbage can outside our room had not been emptied when we arrived and the stench was terrible. The carpets in the lobby were filthy. The attendant at the free contentential breakfast was not a multitasker. She couldn't keep up with the flow of people. When we arrived at the breakfast there was nothing to eat except cereal, toast, or English muffins. The fruit selection was limited to apples. The attendant finally brought out yogurt and more doughnuts. The attendant enlisted the help of the maintenance man who proceeded to empty garbage and then, without washing his hands, replace the milk bags in the dispenser. The pool was to be open until 9:00 p.m. but the lights were not lit. Each night we had to wait for the maintenance man to come and turn on the lights. This place deserves to be a no star hotel. Had there been any other rooms in Lancaster, we would have left this place.

Extra box of tissues. Hasn't been updated in 20+ years. Satellite TV was horrible. Only a few channels. Room was clean, but needs updating. Good place to lay your head for the night and that's all. Nothing special, just ok. I would stay again if I had to.

Please do not be fooled like i was by the pictures describing this hotel and the stars. The entire experience was so rediculous. We arrived expecting to find a clean room. When we pulled back the covers and sheets, all we saw was stain after stain. called front desk they brought over sheets. we put that on more stains. called again more stained sheets. everything in the room looks so old. This place definately needs some major improvements. take my advice stay somewhere else.

Dirty washcloth hung over the shower, curtains hanging off the rods. No better than a thirty dollar motel for a lot higher price. The front desk was not helpful at all and worse of all the room was dirty and I mean dirty. The place stunk. It would be nice to close this down and renovate and CLEAN it.

Nothing! The overall experience was awful, switched rooms once to a second moldy room. The entire hotel is in disrepair and the rooms are moldy with holes in the walls, missing baseboards, hair in the shower, etc.

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. We were short on time and booked it last minute without checking reviews. We assumed that the location across from Dutch Wonderland had to be average at worst. We assumed wrong! After changing rooms because our 1st non-smoking room smelled like a pack of cigarettes was just freshly smoked, we entered another foul smelling room, more like mold this time. Then the parking lot filled with fire engines and EMT's because the hallways smelled like a backyard firepit. Not one person from the hotel explained why the parking lot was filled with fire engines, so we had to go down to the lobby to find out. Turns out smoke from the campground across the street entered the buildings air duct. The frontdesk said it was no big deal, happens all the time. Stay away from this hotel. I read the other bad reviews, a little too late for me, and they are right on!

Room was clean and very spacious, staff was very friendly, beautiful quiet country setting, you parked your car at your door and the room had a second door that exited to a beautiful court yard with trees and a swimming pool in the center, the pool was very nice, larger than most pools you will find in a hotel, we stayed 3 nights and definitely would stay here again.

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. They didn't even care they just gave me the cleaning products so I could clean the room!! My big mistake is that I should have left!!!!!!!
