The mattress on the hide away was terrible stained & dirty. We mention it to the manager & he said it was alright. We went to worlds of fun early in the morning when we got back late our room hadn't been touched we had to go down to the desk to get clean towels he told us they was sorry it didn't get clean but they where short of help.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Room decor, no air in hallways and elevator kept breaking. Convenient location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a nice assortment. During our stay the air in the hallways was off or not working and the elevator kept breaking, we informed the staff and they said it sticks like that all the time.

The staff was nice and reservations were easy but my room was horrible. Room smelled of nasty odor, bathroom door didn't shut, cable tv was fuzzy, wallpaper falling off the walls, did I mention the smell. I think the price for that room was rediculous. I will never stay at one of these hotels or their other related hotels. Very dissapointed.

The room and hotel were clean and nice, except for the pillows. They were very flat and we had stiff necks the next morning from sleeping on them.

Large, clean room, comfy bed, friendly service. Loud bumps for 45 minutes at 10:30 one night. We were greeted at the entrance and had excellent service. At the time I was going to complain about whatever was noisy, the noise stopped so I assume the hotel took care of that customer. We will definitely stay there again.

I would like to say that this hotel was an excellent choice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. We will be back!

Rooms were fine. However the front desk personnel was somewhat incomptetent. On our arrival we were assigned a room that was already occupied and walk in in the middle of the night to someones room. The front desk could not give direction to the interstate which was only 2-3 blocks away. Also there was a wild baby rabbit found on the second floor the hotel in the hallway which was very strange. The front desk reacted in an uncaring/unconcerned manner over the room mix up and the rabbit issue.

Most of the staff werevery nice! Hard to find from main road. Most of the staff was helpful and answered questions. There was one cranky old guy who worked overnight who wasn't very friendly. The breakfast was moderate, waffles not worth the effort.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice now. We stay when we come to town for Chiefs games. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and price is right. It is also a great location for getting to Arrowhead! Go Chiefs!!!

We stayed for 3 nights to take in Worlds/Oceans of Fun and Science City. Great location--within 5 minutes or so of each. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. The room was a good value. I'd stay here again if I was sightseeing in the area.

I only had to stay for 1 night. Bad location, smelled musky and old, terrible continental breakfast. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was a cost effective alternative to the higher priced ones by Worlds of Fun. The smell was bad, but our room worse - old stale cigarette smell in a non smoking room. YUCK! Our room was directly across a narrow hallway from the ice machine and vending machines and office door - which equals no sleep. The room was clean - except for the smell. The complimentary breakfast was great! Biscuits and gravy, pastries, bagels, fresh waffles, fruit, coffee, juices, cereals.....it was a great breakfast!!

We were disappointed in the location - we thought since it said close to Worlds of Fun - we thought it would be much closer. I was also disappointed that the suite was not 2 separate rooms. The pool was also too small. I was also disappointed in the breakfast. I thought it was too expensive for what we got.

I thought the hotel was clean. People were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Air conditioner was a little sluggish. It was over a hundred deg.F two days. Overall was excellent.

The Quality Inn at Kansas City was close to downtown area and convention center. Gas station,resturants with in walking distance.

I liked that it had an indoor pool there was an ice machine on every floor the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were not great and the towels provided for pool area were very rough. I would stay at this hotel again it was a very good experience it was close to lots of things and the area was pretty nice.
