the quality inn and suites was a really nice hotel. the suite was very comfortable. i liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a nice counter space and there was adequate space for hanging clothes. the location was nice. i enjoyed my room greatly!!!

Location and convenience. Refrigerator and microwave had one pulg-in for the two of them. Overall the stay was excellent and will travel there again.

Free wireless internet. No pool. Our children were looking forward to swimming and there was no pool. They said we could have used the pool next door at their sister hotel, but it was not filled with water.

It has a very friendly atmosphere. It did not have a microwave and fridge. This is a nice hotel, located in a fairly safe place and the staff is very accommodating.

Front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating. My room was listed as non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The hotel changed rooms for me but also smelled strongly of smoke. Overall met my needs. Non smoking rooms smelled strongly of smoke. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and it was close to the coliseum. The mattress was hard, the pillow was nasty, and the room was awful. I would not stay at this hotel again. It was certainly not worth the price. The mattress in our room was hard and the pillows worn out. There were no trash cans in the room. We left our pillow there and when we went back to get it they didn't have any idea where it was. We had a very bad experience. Right before bed, I broke out in a rash and had to take a shower to stop itching.

Convenience of location. Overpriced for quality of motel/location. Good location for function I was attending--staff was friendly; heating unit was not functioning in assigned room, staff immediately moved us to another room without problems.

Had ever thing we needed microwave, fridge, iron etc. Hated the quality of the toilet paper, and needed more than one small trash can. Easy to get to. Very neat and clean. Front desk staff very polite.

The price and convenient location. The overall cleanliness, etc. Mold in the shower, holes in the walls, multiple wall anchors, no alarm clock. I expected more from a Quality Inn. The clerk behind the counter had 3 to 4 children that were obviously her family, swimming in the pool next door. Later when my husband went down to get change for the soda machine, she was talking to a personal friend and ignored my husband until he finally interrupted. She said she didn't have five ones for his $5 bill. Other than the overall old, drab and run-down appearance and the bad service. I guess it was ok.

It was halfway between our destinations they had a good breakfast. It was unsafe, 1st room given was not clean or beds made. New room was better but still not very clean. There was no pool. We couldn't wait to leave. I would not stay in this hotel ever again. For the price we paid, it was not worth the money. It was more like a Motel 6 or Super 8. We were very dissatisfied.

Convenient; large rooms; fair price. Waited 1 day to get an iron. Good food in the restaurant but staff was not attentive; I felt safe even though hotel occupancy was down; front desk staff acted as though they could care less whether someone stayed there or not. But they were not rude just unconcerned.

I liked the location and the overall comfort of the room. They were out of ice & shampoo & there were "adult things" on the ground outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay at quality inn, I appreciated the fact that I was able to extend our checkout time by an hour to better accommodate us.

I like the price. Bright lights in parking lot combined with curtains that didn't fully block out the light--no big deal, really. I like the hotel. There are several other hotels right near it, and all have metal fences. The burger drive-thru had to unlock its window (which I¿ve never seen), and the hotel had a sign up about how they weren't responsible for lost/stolen property. The bright lights in the parking lot were a security measure, no doubt. These things said I suspect the area was still a pretty good one. I think it speaks more to the city than the neighborhood. I liked the hotel.

Location. In need of complete renovation. No pool. Hotel is in need of complete renovation. It was clean but everything is shabby and out dated. No pool. Seems pool has been under repair for last couple of years.

Easy to get to from Interstate. 20 words is not enough. No internet, dirty bed, Riff Raff Hanging out. Smells bad all around the place. I was put on the 3rd floor, key did not work, 2nd same. As far away as you could get was the second room. The pillow cases were filthy, there was an "Indian" smell of curry cooking in the room. People actually live in this motel. "Fallout" from the storm! Ice machine was on the 4th floor only. The second floor one was broken. Went to get breakfast and could not because of the "homeless" eating. There was no Regular coffee for the rooms and no internet. The air conditioner stopped working at 3 am and when I called about it they said they would make a note of it.

The front desk staff was very courteous. The entire hotel smelled very strongly of cigarettes and deodorizer. Quality Inn was located on the other side of downtown, across from the Convention Center. There was no workout room, so we were referred to the one at the Regency Inn across the parking lot, owned by the same person (the workout room there was in awful disrepair). The rooms were clean enough, but the entire hotel smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke masked by an even stronger floral deodorizer. If you are planning a leisure trip to Jackson, I would not recommend this hotel. There is no ambience, even though the facilities are nice enough. I would highly recommend staying instead in the "Fondren" area, which has many cute shops, cafes, and historic homes, and is a short driving distance to any attractions in the downtown area.
