Our family stayed overnight while traveling for a baseball tournament. I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the front desk and our experience was great. Rooms were very neat and clean. Excellent value for the money. This hotel was rated 3 stars and it definitely is. We will use this hotel again on our next trip to the area.

Okay, so the price was 40 less than other hotels in the area so I should have known... It was an older Motel w/ small rooms that are not well kept (peeling wallpaper, 'spongy' carpeting, curtains did not close completely, old loud heat & a/c unit in room, 1/8 in gap around bottom & side of door let in cold air, continental breakfast in the bar that smells heavily of smoke). I guess if you just wanted a cheap place to stay it would be fine - keep the extra for a nice meal to make up for a poor nights sleep.

Hotel located across the street from a major mall and strip mall. Numerous dining choices. Hospital across the street. Room clean and well kept. Extra large bathroom was surprising. Free wireless internet wasn't working that day so I had to resort to dial-up; but I can overlook that! Right off the highway. Check in staff was a little less than hospitable but check out staff was great!

The tub was clogged, the toilet flushed so slow. Facility is not pleasant, but the employees are friendly & helpful.

The online travel website has this rated as a 3-star hotel. I believe 3-"points" is better. It wasn't necessarily "star" quality, but it is sufficient for an overnight stay. Excellent location...clean...above average breakfast...friendly staff. In fact the only negative thing I have to say about it was the housekeeping staff showed up before check-out time. (Of course, this is just a personal grip, and nothing against the hotel itself.) I would definitely stay again because it is a decent place for the price I paid. Oh...my husband like not having a hotel channel...and all the "manly" channels he could possibly have! :-)

We arrived to the hotel and were glad to see the new updates. The entire expierence was pleasant. We were staying for a meeting. They must have recently renovated and everything was clean and fresh. The staff were especially friendly. We enjoyed the dining room. They have some of the best bartenders in Winston Salem. Plus, you cannot beat the price of the food. If you are planning a meeting or reception I would recommend this hotel. The banquet was set up perfect. The entire staff was great. Everyone in the group gave the Chef a standing ovation for his excellent food. Again, this hotel is a must stay. I am sure you will enjoy your expierence

The Quality Inn in Winston Salem was clean, comfy,easy to get to. Food and shopping at he near by Hanes Mall.

Bed had a mattress that was too hard for old bodies! It met my expections and the staff was very curtious and wanted my stay to be a good one. The complimentary breakfast had an excellent selection of cold and hot breakfast choices.

We paid too much, the room was OK for one night but wouldnt stay longer, dirty shower, hard beds and the heater was either on or off not thermastat controlled. Front desk staff was friendly though.

This hotel is very competitively priced and is in a great location with regard to Wake Forest University, Interstate 40, the mall, and several restaurants. It has a number of amenities, and a continental breakfast is provided. There is also a nightclub attached for those who wish to avail themselves of it.

breakfast room was noisy, heater did not work that great Hotel is next to a very busy and noisy intersection, room was very cold at check-in and heater did not work that well and desk clerk would not move me to a different room. Room was on 3rd floor and there was no elevator.

Great location. Disgusting bathroom. Hotel is in a great location. Friendly staff, good breakfast, horrible room. There were hairs in the bathroom. Wallpaper was peeling also. Toilet seat was discolored and gross.

I enjoyed the location, it is especially convenient for Wake Forest U families. It is also located next to a very large mall and is right off of the interestate. The amenities of the place were good. They do have a continental breakfast available, but the variety of items available were less than such breakfasts at other hotels. Still, the place was clean, reasonably priced, quiet, and conveniently located.

Excellent value. Drains were too slow in bathtub and toilet. Excellent! This hotel passed all of my check-points! Very clean and spacious!
