| We were somewhat suspect about staying here based on the other reviews but pleasantly surprised. We did have the towel problem also, not sure what's up with that, had to ask for wash cloths and hand towels, and they only could give us one of each (there were none in the room). The room was very clean. It's an older motel but we had a nice stay there. A big pool and pool area along with a children's wading pool that overlooks the bay. The breakfast was excellent which was in the dining room of the restaurant that seemed now to be closed so there was lots of tables to sit at. They had sausage biscuits, yogurt, cheese, cereals, muffins, bagels, granola bars, fruit plus the beverages. Overall we had a very nice stay, and will stay there again when visiting the Pensacola area. |

| If your looking for something not too far from the beaches, with a pretty good price, then its nice. |

| This was the only hotel available that was close to the beach and within our budget. But for *dollars per night, I expected a little more. We were a family of four and they put us into a room that was smelly, musty, and felt like nothing had been cleaned in that room. There are no refrigerators, or microwaves in the rooms. There were only two kleenex tissues left in the box. There were only two towels to take showers with. We went to ask for more towels and the girl at the front desk said that they didn't have any. Next morning we asked for more towels...(we only needed two more) and they told us they were full and should have some by the afternoon. Continental breakfast was okay, nothing to brag about. My kids were upset that there was no hot chocolate or chocolate milk. After taking our day trip we came back to get ready for dinner and asked for towels, but still they said they had none. That is when my husband got upset and raised his voice about how much we had to pay, but couldn't get any towels. They gave him four warm ones, right out of the dryer. Sshheesh. The website doesn't have pics, and the property DOES NOT have a restaurant on site....it has been closed. The pool was nice....it looks out to the bay. Everything else sucks! |

| This was the most horrible hotel I have ever seen. When booking the room, we did the virtual tour and it must of been of another hotel. The rooms were filthy, they stunk, The carpet had holes and burn marks in it, the bath tub was filthy, ect.... I would not let me children walk in the room. When we made the reservations, we were to have a remodeled room for *a night. When we checked in, the hotel and roomswere horrible and I was charged *a night. The so called private beach was full of glass in the sand. We immediately checked out and had to begin trying to find somewhere else to stay on a Friday afternoon. The staff was not helpful and very unwilling to accomodate us. Do yourself and your family a favor and do not make reservations at this hote............ |

| Caterpillars all over room, kids ran out of pool by snorkelers. Left after 2 hrs & charged full price. Terrible... |
