The morning desk person was really nice. The afternoon desk person was not.

The Quality Inn had a very nice lobby. The front desk staff, Very Friendly! The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was free breakfast, nothing fancy, but enough to get you started. It's not a fancy, resort style hotel, but it is worth the room rate. It is a little ways out, away from the main downtown area. I would guess five miles. But a very quiet and safe area. Would stay again if needed.

Very easy to find, right off the interstate. Desk staff very friendly. Room very nice, clean, everything we needed, rocking recliner was a nice touch. Free coffee was available in the lobby when we checked in. Although we did not partake of the free breakfast, it was a nice arrangement with a good variety. Very pleased and very good price for this area.

Close to the interstate andinexpensive.

Although it is called a Holiday Inn Express, this property is really just an old-fashioned two story motel, with no interior hallway. The free "high speed" wireless internet access was so slow it was unusable. The buildings are rusty and decrepit. The room was drab, with the bathroom light fixture not working correctly. You have to walk over to the main building to get ice. The continental breakfast was cold cereal, cold danish, or some frozen waffles you could put in a toaster. The only things close to this hotel are two gas stations, an auto-body repair shop, and a freeway, which you should stay on and avoid this hotel. There is a new, seemingly real, Holiday Inn Express being constructed next door. That won't help the bad location, but should improve the facilities. On the plus side, the cable TV had a wide variety of channels, and the shower had good water pressure. However, with a wealth of nicer hotels in the Greensboro area, there's no reason to recommend this dud.

The suite was large. This hotel was dirty and so were the people around it. It might be great for truck drivers, hookers or drug dealers.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk called immediately to see if the room was up to standards. We had a problem with the door locking and the staff immediately moved us to another room and carried everything for us. Guests are treated to continental breakfast and afternoon snacks as well. The rooms were immaculate. After this stay, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Greensboro!

Pleasantly surprised by whirlpool tub/steam bath options. Too much highway traffic noise - recommend rooms in back. I found it clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. It was extremely convenient for my purposes, and I would definitely stay there again (although I would try for a room not facing the highway, to cut down on traffic noise).

My daughter and I stay at this hotel one weekend every month. We travel to G'oro to visit family. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is great and everything is consistently clean. Michelle Norfolk, VA

Friendly staff and clean rooms got to love a clean room. The beds could be upgraded, just a little stiff. Great place to stay, in a good location with all the things you want in a hotel, nice gym room and vending machines , but the pool wasn't open . That's OK maybe it will be open next time I stay.

I would recommend this 'hotel"". First off it's more like a more like a motel (the doors all outside-which isn't shown in the pictures). The room smelled like mold, the mattress had stains on it and you have to get on the expressway to go to any resturants

Convenient to facility of business meeting I was attending. Night shift staff was not well trained. Enjoyed my stay, would recommend to friends.

Smelled great, was very clean and well kept-up, outward appearance of hotel was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, appearance, and general feel of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

"Stayed here 1 night during a college hunting trip with my son. It was just fine for our purposes. Convenient, clean, adequate breakfast, friendly front desk."

Hotel was convienent to Bussiness 40 and 85. Rooms are showing some age. Clean, inexpensive, quite, and easy to get to. Hotel is showing some age but was very clean. Small refrigerator and microwave in room.

"I thought this price was too good to be true but the other reviewers thought it was a nice place - wrong! Our room was so old, mildew-smelling with hard, low old beds that we almost left. Would not recommend."

More fruits in the continental breakfast. Everything was fine. Good hotel.

The service was absolutely AMAZING. Every staff member was courteous and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful to our group - and we had a lot of needs that might have become annoying. Never once did we feel like we werent welcome or that the staff was being imposed upon. I really appreciated that!

"We were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was clean and larger than we expected. The staff at this hotel does a wonderful job. They are very friendly and helpful. The ""Continental Breakfast"" was more like a buffet. By far the most food choices we've ever seen for a ""Continental Breakfast"". Computer in the Lobby for all to use."
