Not many extras, just a nice place to stay. Slight ordor of cleaning chemicals, but not bad. Close to the interstate so you could sometimes hear cars wiz by. Will stay there again.

The breakfast was great for a family and the staff was very helpful!

The value for the price was great, it was close to alot of the local scenic attractions. The only downsides were that the free wireless never worked for the entire 3 days we were there and the continental breakfast buffet is hard to navigate. Also, the bed was very, very hard.

The Qualtity Inn at Garden of the Gods was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with many items. The hotel has no restaurant, but there are many good ones in the immediate area. The location is great. The rooms and halls looked a little worn. My biggest complaint was poor lighting in the room and bath - I could not see my chin to shave. There was also a lack of outlets to plug in my computer and various chargers.

Fantastic staff, and very clean room. We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms we're large and very clean. We would recommend this hotel to other travelers. It was very quiet and had a great location to many areas in Colorado Springs.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and in excellent shape. No " unexpected and unwanted surprises". Great location for sight seeing and a 20% discount to the Black-eyed Pea Restaurant a block away. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The maintenance/upkeep took away from the hotel. Overall it was still a pleasant stay.

I have stayed here many times and will return again.

Staff was very courteous. Two bathrooms was great for travelling with two teens. Room was spacious even with all of our gear. The breakfast was good. The kids loved the waffles. It was crowded during the morning rush. The discounts to next door restaurants was a plus. I was a bit concerned when I saw the picture of the lapboard sided front office on the web site and booked only one night. The family loved the place and we stayed an additional night. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the quiet and the bed in the room was comfortable. The staff I encountered seemed intelligent and helpful

The free deluxe continental breakfast. Great place to stay with young kids if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in and breakfast to head back out in the morning. It met our needs perfectly.

We had a pleasant stay. Many restaurants in walking distance. Close to I25. Very helpful staff. Would definitley recommend to others.

When we first arrived and was unloading our belongings we had a liquid oxygen (weight about 75 lbs) and the maintance man was coming out of the building and stopped and helped us get the oxygen tank and other belongings into the room and was very frindly, when we got into the room was very satified with the size and lay out of the room. We had a very good stay and it was very close to meny of the attractions that we wanted to see.

The original room dirty and smelled like the bottom of an ashtray even though the hotel claims it is smoke free. Ask to be moved but was told nothing was available. Only after calling Travel website were we able to change rooms. Even though we stayed a week the only cleaning that was done to the room was to provide clean towels and make the bed. It did not appear as if a sweeper was run, sheets changed or bathroom cleaned during our stay. The free breakfast was unsanitary, in our opinion, as we observed staff removing garbage and then putting out food with their bare hands without washing their hands. We purchased our breakfast elsewhere. In our opinion the staff was less than customer oriented. There are many hotels in the area - look before you stay.

This motel was very close to the freeway and a bit hard to get in and out of because of the traffic. One minor situation was the room was cleaned so late that we missed one day, not a big deal. The breakfast was good with waffles, cerea, frozen fruit, etc. One had to walk outside to get to the lobby, not so great in the rain. Restaurants were close, the location as to the Garden of the God park was great. All in all it was fine.

Excellent stay - good price and location (5 minutes to Garden of the Gods), excellent breakfast, clean spacious room and well appointed. Its also wthin walking distance to several restaurants. I will stay again.

Went on vacation to Colorado and first stop was at this hotel. Spent 7 nights. A business class room was chosen since it included TV, microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Also hotel provides free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free parking. Breakfast included coffee, milk, juices, cereal, breads, muffins, bagels, waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt and fruits. Close to many of the attractions. Very close to I-25. Has gas stations and restaurants at walking distance. Has a very close emergency hospital down the road, just in case. Room was cleaned every day and staff was friendly. Front desk was very friendly and responded quicky to maintenance issues. A/C unit was easy to control. Room lighting could improve. Hotel was secure (key card) and quiet. Check-in and check-out was a snap. Overall, a good price for the money. Recommended. Will stay again.

I came into Colorado Springs on a business trip, and loved this hotel. I was surprised at the level of attention and the professionalism of every employee I encountered, from the front desk agent that provided me with wonderful recommendations for dinner or directions, or the house keeper that when I checked I passed in the hall she introduced herself to me as the executive housekeeper and said if I needed anything just to ask. I don?t receive service like this at much more expensive hotels. Next time I am in Colorado Springs I would gladly stay here again.

Both TVs in our suite did not have any remote, one of which will not even come on without it. We reported it upon check in and took them almost 3 hours to respond. However, without success, the excuse was, none of the universal remotes can be programmed. At 1030 PM the maintenance person that responded said he'll work on it first thing in the AM. The following evening when we returned, still no remote. I called the front desk and told them the issue, needless to say I was not very happy. Around 1000 PM, the same maintenance person showed up thinking it was already resolved - go figure. Anyway, the point is , they cannot even resolve a simple customer request. Given a choice, I will never go back to this particular hotel. A repeat customer is a happy customer. Obviously, I am not!

The room was clean & comfortable. They had a very nice free breakfast the next morning. You can make your own waffles. They also had peeled boiled eggs, cereals, yogurts... so it wasn't just pastries & toast. Overall, nice stay, and would stay again.
