Friendly staff. Assigned room had a flooded floor. Convenient access to auto on first floor with several restaurants in walking distance.

When we travel from Sedona to Ouray, it can be a tiring, boring stretch through the high desert. We both need good beds and clean surroundings to sleep well at night. Our stop over here was perfect for that with restaraunts and gas stations close by. Our truck with ATV on trailer attatched was safe in the parking lot and the pool was inside, away from desert duststorms. I can actually look forward to my stay in the middle of "nowhere" because of the Hampton Inn's predictable good quality in every area. I would reccomend this place highly.

All the front desk people were outstanding! Room service was prompt! The continental breakfast was better then most motels. The Manager was courteous and helpful. Our room was cleaned promptly and done to perfection. It was a very pleasant experience.

This chain seems to be reasonably consistent in quality, hence the name. We stopped here after about 12 hours on the road to the west coast. The room was clean but the carpet felt a bit dirty. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was good, but the waffle maker was acting up.

We arrived around 10 that night.The guy at the front desk was so nice. He honored our coupon found in a book at one of our stops. Newly renovated and spacious. Our covers were turned down with a mint on the pillow.
