When we arrived we were given the wrong info on where the room was. We ended up having to walk a very long way down a 95 degree hallway to get to our room. My 75 year old mother was traveling with me who has respiratory issues. This was a problem in the high hall temps. The hallway was also quite dirty. Once we sat in the room for 30-40 minutes the air finally started to cool things down. There wasn't an elevator so I had to carry all the luggage up the stairs to the second floor and I'm not exactly a big burley woman. The walpaper border was falling off the wall. Other than that the room appeared to be clean. The bathroom was sufficiently clean but didn't have a fan, so when you shower it gets very steamy and warm. We booked the room for 4 guests and only found 3 towels when we arrived. When I called the front desk I was told that I'd have to walk down and pick up a towel myself. The breakfast area was also extremely hot in the morning. The food was decent. When I was checking out I noticed that the thermostat behind the desk said it was 84 degrees in the lobby. Not a good overall experience. Good thing I got a good price or I would have left this hotel.

Based on the reviews of this hotel, my expectations were a higher. The property was in need of updating, the rooms weren't as clean as they should have been, ie: simple good vacuuming. The staff were pleasant.

Although the outer appearance was a bit shabby, Check in at Cincinnati North was great. Staff were polite and courteous. Ice machines wer on every floor, but every one didnt work. Yu had to try a couple. The handle on our toilet was broken, so it ran. The bar was never really open during our stay, but maybe we werent in the hotel long enough. the beds were sorta small. You guys should upgrade to queen ssize. Other than those things, it was a great trip and a good stay

Clean, friendly, good service and caring staff. A very good place to stay. One hallway needed a bit of cleaning, but overall, the hotel was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Clean, friendly, helpful, pleasant unexpected amenities, continental breakfast was way more than that!!!! I can't it was wonderful! We are from Pennsylvania and stay in Florence for its location to our family around the area. It makes it convenient for where we need to go, for re-unions and such. This trip was unexpected due to a funeral in the family. We have stayed at a few of the other hotels in the area and this Quality Inn Suites was by far the best, cleanest and didn't have that awful run-down cheap hotel smell. We will stay there again.

The first room I was given clearly was a smoking room and I requested a non-smoking room. It had not been vacuumed either, but the staff assigned me to a different room right away. The first room was very far away from the entrance and as a woman alone, I appreciated the assignment to a room close to the lobby.

The staff was nice. The pool was a outside pool and we didn't realize it. It was okay. We were very disappointed because we had went for a leisure trip with our grandson. There was no inside pool.

The hotel was only okay. The carpet in our room was not new and felt grimey. I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. I reported it and was told the manager would be made aware. Quick check-in and check-out, very friendly staff. The breakfast bar was good, with waffles and the best little chocolate donut holes, yum. The eating area was clean and looked fairly new. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good. Other ammenities in the room were good, like ironing board, towels, etc. I said I wouldn't recommend it. It is close to I-75.

Close to airport. Moldy bathroom, very small room. Okay for a place to sleep one night. Seems like many patrons were truckers.

Very nice bedswith 3 pillows not just 2. The glass door outside did not open from my room and they were working on the roof. The beds were very nice and the room was clean. I would stay there again it was nice and quiet too.

Staff and management were wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms other than the suites needed to be updated. The heat did not work. The manager personally moved me to a suite, that was very clean and comfortable. They continued to make sure I was comfortable withmy entire stay.

Inexpensive and good location. Smelled like smoke. Our room, the hallway and the lobby smelled strongly of smoke. The rooms were clean but the stairways were very dirty.

Great breakfast in the morning, many selections. Very little visiable signs from the road. This is a decent hotel, we arrived late and left early. The continental breakfast stood out, great selections.

Good location -good breakfast-friendly and helpful staff. Stayed just one night-not enough time to rate. Will come back- stayed here a long time ago when it was another chain. Glad to see the changes made. Warm and friendly greeting when we arrived.

It was easy access to interstate that we were traveling on. The hotel was fine for our one night stay. The staff was nice and the room was clean. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was the air conditioner. It wasn't working properly and would only blow cool air for a short time before freezing up. The staff was kind enough to go buy us a fan since they had no extra rooms to move us to.
