The location is good since it is right off the freeway and close to attractions. The room was okay. Our linens were dirty and the bathroom could use some remodeling. There wasn't a plasma TV in the room like it stated. There was only one person at the front desk for check in and she had an attitude with us when we asked a simple question about the hours the restaurant was open. We went out at night and when we came back had a hard time finding parking because of the bar that is located in the hotel. They should have special parking for the guests. The workout room and office were in renovations so we were unable to access them. It was nice to have a complimentary breakfast, but there wasn't a lot of food in the buffet and we had to wait to finally get someone's attention to finally get some water to drink, but by that time we had already finished our meals. The front of the hotel can use some better landscaping. Overall we were not satisfied with our stay and will not return to this hotel. We pay a lot of money to go somewhere, so everyone deserves to have a decent stay.

Hotel room was clean. Hotel room had been a smoking room at one time and with the air on you could smell smoke. We were very disappointed with the hotel- It was old and not updated. We were near stairs and it was noisy- hallways and stairsways were in poor condition and not clean.

Had to wait to check in because they were upgrading the systems, at 3 pm. Breakfast was horrible. There is a bar attached to the hotel so it made for a bad noghts sleep and horrible parking

This hotel is in a great location. It is just a couple of miles from where 79 and 90 intersect. No Plasma T.V. and its much older looking in person.

Our room was right beside the lounge, and there was a band playing until 1:15. One of the rooms was not clean, and there was no clean towels in the bathroom. The desk clerk said that we get the last rooms available in the worst location.

Cleanliness, king size bed, large plasma screenTV and staff! Location! Mapquest took us all around a circle to get there! Hotel great however would not suggest using mapquest for directions to this hotel. Not user friendly Take the I90 to the 18 cut off.

Quality Inn and Suites was very nice and comfotable only complaint I had was the fitted sheet would not stay on and the pillows were terrible nothing to them I'd suggest you bring your own pillows. It was very clean and comfortable and the band in the bar was good.

The room was very nice with lots of space and was very clean. The outside of the hotel seemed old and outdated. Very nice rooms, with plenty of space and very clean. Would recommend to anyone for any type of travel.

The Quality Inn is located right off of I-90, and is easy to find. (Note: if you have a Garmin, you will not be directed to the correct location -- fortunately, we saw the hotel!!) The hotel room is clean, and our room had two Queen size beds. One of the nicest things about the room was the extra pillows on the bed. It made watching TV a lot more comfortable. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant. So, when you receive breakfast in the morning, you get a breakfast buffet which was a nice touch. Not too much else around the hotel. We did have some difficulty in checking in. It took about 15 - 20 minutes to check in. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

The location was great and the room was much bigger and cleaner than I thought it would be. When you walked in it smelled. No business center. Fromt the outside it looks like a dump. After you got by the smell of the front desk area the room was big and clean.

The room was much more than we expected! It was that of a much more expensive hotel. The bathroom definitely needed to be remodeled. The door was all chipped; the toilet handle was broken and the drain in the shower was broken. This hotel was so much more than we expected! The room was beautiful and spacious; the pool set-up looked like it was straight out of a magazine; the breakfast was wonderful and we will definitely stay at this hotel each and every time that we're in Erie!

Ease in finding. The ice machine didn't work and the room was not as described. The problems started with check-in. As the staff were unfriendly. The room pictures and amenities were not as described. The ice machine didn't work and there was not an elevator to the 2nd floor had to carry luggage from outside up stairs.

The sheets were fabulously clean. Beds comfortable. The people that came in after me got same room for 9 dollars less. I would have done better walking in instead of advanced. Food horrible! Quiet hotel, not on "main" path. Smoking and non-smoking rooms. In middle of remodel. Breakfast buffet didn't have fruit and the juice tasted like Tang. I don't like their pricing--people after me came in for 9 dollars less, supposedly because they were "hunters". Lots of smokers in this hotel.

Room was very clean. Access to room was convenient. Good location for Erie attractions and convenient for fisherman wanting to fish Elk and Walnut Creeks. If you are planning a 2 day trip to Erie to fish there are other cheaper and better options. Rooms are clean, but we had 3 malfunctioning lights and the public areas stunk of trash. Also, parking lot is an ice rink in winter months.

Nice updated room/ Great breakfast. Lobby and exterior a bit shabby. A very nice comfortable room for a great price. An extensive hot breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff.

liked beds. TV very old and reception no good at all Room ok for money with exception of TV and housekeepers did not sweep floors from day to day , dirty around bed and corners. In general room could have been kept better, but rooms were old and in need of remodeling.

Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast. Bathroom had mold. This is the second time I have stayed here this summer. I liked the location to I 90 and the attractions, the friendly staff, price, and the hot breakfast served. I did not like the mold in the bathroom this time as I did not have it the last time I stayed. It may have been because I was on the second floor the last time and on the first floor this time. Overall though, I would stay there again.

The pool was ok and the breakfast was good. The room was dirty and unclean. The stay was for two nights. The staff was not friendly. You didn't know who worked there because there is no uniform. The room smelled. There was no hot water. Found bugs in the room. Was put in a room right by stairs and it was very noisy. Tried to find a housekeeping staff and because they wear street clothes and no uniform I asked 2 or 3 people before I found a employee. I wanted my room cleaned. I went out for the day and when I cam back the room was... well I had clean towels and the bed was made. The floor was not vacuumed, the table was not wiped down, and there was dirt in the bathroom and tub (not from Me). I will never stay at this hotel again.

Clean rooms. Towel bar kept falling off the wall. Clean, friendly service, great hot breakfast, and at an affordable price!
