Heated indoor pool. My room was not ready (cleaned) at 4PM. A great place to stay with young children. The indoor heated pool is really nice and the breakfast buffet had a big variety of food.

We spent 3 1/2 weeks in this hotel during March of 2009 working on the renovations for this property. During this time we were able to meet the entire staff, work in every room and public areas (pool, washrooms, lobby, etc) and witness the interaction between guests and staff. This hotel was recently acquired/purchased by a new ownership group about a year ago. Many improvements under new ownership. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are kept very clean and the pool area is exceptional. It is the only hotel in the city of Eureka Springs with an indoor pool (recently redone as well) and It is only a few minutes to downtown with all the shops/restaurants/bars (we recommend Chelsea's as THE place to go). This hotel works very hard to make you happy. We travel across the country doing hotel renovations and found this property, staff and ownership to be outstanding. We have plans to go back and relax and enjoy the city/hotel when we have the chance.

My husband and I stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites for our honeymoon in their pool side suite and had a fabulous time. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with directing us to a great restaurant and what to do around town. The indoor pool was extremely relaxing and fun after a day of shopping in Eureka. Would definitely stay there again! We found this hotel after having a bad experience with a dirty room at the Comfort Inn and are grateful we did.

I was able to leave. The hotel! It's lousy. The staff is rude. They are cheap quality. Very old style. Dirty linen's, they never changed the bed sheets. That's nasty!

Though check in with staff member lacked a welcoming appeal, the rest of our stay was excellent. Found room to be spacious, bed was firm and comfortable, carpet was clean and fresh, TV good condition, plenty of towels, etc. The rest of staff was courteous and helpful. Indoor pool and area was well kept and clean, temperature for pool and spa were perfect, additional towels poolside. The indoor movies on the large screen with free popcorn made a uniquely entertaining and relaxing atmosphere around the pool during the evening hours. Ice and vending easily accessible. Continental Breakfact was above average, tasty, and plentiful.Great Value, excellent for adult couples, and families with children of all ages. Will definitely stay again when visiting Eureka again!

I booked my room via an online travel website less than 72 hours prior to our travel date. However on the day of arrival we had a change in plans and I called the hotel before noon to cancel my room. Holiday Inn Express stated they had a 72 hour cancelation policy and they would still charge me for the room. I told them I booked it on the web and wasn't aware of the policy. They still charged me

The location was great, we could walk to restaurant, and all in all we had a fun trip. We really didn't care for the swimming pool because my kids were young and there taking up the whole pool. Other than the pool we had fun the kids had fun even though the pool was small but they managed we would come back again. Thank you.

Rooms were very clean and well furnished. Beds were very firm, could use a mattress topper. This was overall a great place to stay. Our only complaints were the firmness of the mattresses; a mattress topper would have been a nice touch. Other than that, the room was very clean and had plenty of towels and other items we needed. The indoor pool was really nice and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good too. This hotel was a good value and we'd stay there again.

Space in the room was adequate. Had bugs in the room, was distant and confusing to find even lobby, ice, etc. For the cost for two nights we found this to be a great disappointment. We had monster roaches in our room, AC quit in one of our parties rooms, ice and sodas were on a separate floor and long hallways away. Layout of hotel is not amenable to elderly, arthritic (us) people. No restaurant in hotel, fourth floor on bottom level is confusing. Restaurant promoted by hotel was also a money machine. Not a pleasant weekend in terms of lodging.

I loved the large rooms, great for families. Nothing at all. I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express before, but this was by far the nicest we have stayed. The rooms were large and clean. Good location. The continental breakfast was good all 3 mornings. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was larger than most hotels of this price range. People were smoking on the walkway in front of our room. The hotel was easy to find and the room was spacious and comfortable.
