Nothing. Bed was uncomfortable, noisy, dirty, mattress old and smelled. Would never stay there again or any other Quality Inn, partying all night by other guests, noisy extremely uncomfortable bed, no extra pillows, linens, smelled and dirty.

We had stayed at this hotel approx 2 years ago and were somewhat disappointed. However we stayed there recently and were very pleased with the renovations that have been done. We will definitely be back again!

The staff was excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. the shuttle to the casino is a nice touch and the driver was very friendly. However, the room we had was well past time for rennovation. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. There was milldew around the soap dish in the bathtub. The shower curtain was too long so it hung in the tub and was full of milldew. They had removed a lamp from the wall and just left the holes in the wall. The furniture was old and cracked. The door was rusted on the bottom and the coating aruond the outside of the door was missing in a good many spots. The price was just too much for a hotel room in that condition. There was a room with a pool table in but the windows were dirty. The chairs in the dining room had huge spots/stains on them. We made our reservations at the last minute and didn't have much choice.

It was close to the casino and had a full breakfast. The room needs up graded. It seemed old and outdated. We were looking for a room near Waldameer Park for a family reunion. This was not far away and also close to the casino. The day at the park was great and after a good night sleep; we had a good time trying our luck at the casino. The guest staff was very helpful about finding everything we needed.

Bad service. 40 minutes to get towels. Light bulb in bathroom needed changed at 8:30 p. Had to call front desk again after hour and a half bc no one showed to change it. Lady showed up to change it and I had to unscrew the plate off the fixture She wasn't from housekeeping) only to discover it was wrong bulb and no one was in housekeeping to get another one. Was told someone would change it first thing in the morning. They NEVER showed. Small rooms unless you get two room suite, I know because we switched our second day there.

Location is excellent, right off of highway/easy to find. Internet did not work/staff could care less. This experience was greadful! The room was tiny, hideous and not updated since the early 1980's. The internet did not work and the front desk staff could not assist me. They directed me to an 800 number tech support system, who reported the problem was the hotel's poor equipment. This is a 1 star facility at best.

I have stayed in many hotel's ovver the years that my son's have played soccer this was BAD! Carpet in front of door was soaked, room was very musty moldy smelling, door wouldn't close. When front desk was told they claimed carpet was just cleaned (no it wasn't) new owners, hotel is going to be torn down and new one bulit, so basically owners don't care. Save your money, go somwhere else !

Near where we wanted to go. In bad need of repair. Rooms were clean and well kept, the out side of the hotel needs repaired and the road in is in very bad shape.

Good breakfast. Room smelled bad. It was really just an old time motel with outside entrance, loud, smelly, was disappointed, staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

This entire complex needs serious help in all aspects. Once a person leaves the main road you have to wonder what the hell you've signed up for. Felt like we were in a hole under the Route 27 exit sign. Everything was dirty and depressing up to and including the light plate switches. Felt like theplalce wasn't cared for inyears.

Location was good. The carpet was soaked beneath the a/c unit in the room . One of the rooms that my group occupied was a smoking room or someone smoked in the room. There were no other rooms to move so we were stuck using this room. Clothing and baggage came out smelling like cigarettes. This was quite the shock to us all.

Friendly staff. No restaurant. The property has recently changed owners and the lounge and restaurant are closed. There is a business computer but it was unable to be used on line. Friendly staff made the overnight bearable.

It was close to the new casino. In the morning there was no hot water. We liked that the hotel was close to the new casino in Erie. And not that far from the shopping. But for the price that we paid for the room, it could have been a little fancier. Also in the morning, there was no hot water. It was no fun taking a shower in cold to lukewarm water.

Clean, good location, friendly and helpful staff. Noisy. Very nice for a 2 star hotel. The room and lobby were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy but not horrible. I would stay here again.

Nothing. Dirty, smelled like smoke, not enough help. The hotel was terrible; there was not enough help to get the room ready by 3 p.m. So did not get in until 4 pm., was actually put in another room. We ask for nonsmoking room, all night smelled cigarette smoke, I am allergic to it. Price was way out of line for the type of hotel. Not up to date, bed was very hard and paid to much money for the quality of the hotel.

I thought I had requested a non smoking room, but was in a room that had had smokers. It smelled. I used my own air freshener on it. I didn't much care for the dumpsters being emptied at 3:00 a.m.!! They woke me up and I could not get back to sleep. I left for home at 4:15 am.

Nothing. The bedspread was gross, the room smelled of smoke, the lock did not work on the door, it was the worst place I have ever stayed! It was a late rainy night and I was desperate. I should have slept in my car. The door didn't lock, the room reeked of cigarettes, the bed spread was gross and the coffee maker was not clean. I watched the Sopranos and went to sleep dreaming that I was in Newark, New Jersey. Yuck!
